Loud. Folks in joggers, hoodies, and ballhats while you're ordering/eating a $350 meal. Poor quality meat, weird connective tissue in filet. Badly cooked, cold middle medium, weirdly cut up steak. Skip this restaurant, folks... Knock off Ruby's with junk steaks.

The food was excellent. My issue is they clean it with a disinfectant that smells like a gas station bathroom. Also, the music is incredibly loud! Like, turn it down! And the motif feels like a CW vampire movie. Simmer down.

Got the New York Au poivre and classic filet, along with stuffed bone marrow for appetizer. The appetizer was looking good but was okay. The real disappointment to me was my steak it was fatty and not well done for medium rare so disappointed and 1/5. Appetizer and the dessert were great but main course no the service and ambience were great too

This place has improved IMO since it opened. The appetizers are top-notch. Don't miss the mac and cheese pancake, which is listed as a side, but outshines many of the mains.

I ordered the prime rib medium. I have had plenty of prime rib in the past, it came out very rare. Asked if the could cook it a little more, 10 minutes went by and I knew what I was going to get back, a well done prime rib that was dry and not very good. They did offer to cook another but by that time everyone was well into their meals. I just told them i didn't want to wait. We also had carrots that were practically raw. We were also charged for an extra side that we didn't order and didn't get. It seemed very rushed, like they were in a hurry to get us out and the next group in.
Unfortunately we didn't notice the extra charge until we got home. We will not be back.
Plus side, valet was quick and only $5.

What a great dining experience! Prime rib is beyond excellent! My favorite appetizer is raclette which I've only seen on menus overseas so a special treat. Our server, Alex, was the perfect combination of efficient and humorous. The decor adds so much to the experience.
