This used to be a DAILY stop, but the amount of time in drive thru to get a drink just isn’t worth it. Today stood at counter with 6 workers and no one took my order. WiFi didn’t work either so had to leave with client to conduct meeting at another coffee shop. Bring back when this was the best Starbucks in Ohio!!

I go to starbucks today after my final exams excited to try the new summer berry drink. I order and service is fine and I get to the window and the wrong size was given to me. no worries not a big deal mistakes happen. however I ordered a venti and was given a grande and whoever made the drink poured my grande into a venti cup and filled it with extra ice to make it look like a venti. my drink was unenjoyable because there was so much ice I couldn’t even enjoy the popping pearls at the bottom. on top of that i asked for light ice and had to dump ice out because i couldn’t even get my straw in the cup.

One of the top 5 horrible starbucks experiences ever! The cashiers need to be retrained on customer service. Entitled and unprofessional ! Drinks tasted like water and the 2 of the same drinks take completely different! 1/10 Do not recommend!

Updated: we left after 30 mins because we had plans. Got no food.—— We waited over 20 mins in the drive thru for two coffees at 8:30 am. Should be better staffed. Will not be back.

02/13/25. They were very slow and unorganized. Guy read our order back and when we get to the window we didn’t get our eggs and cheddar and handed us my blueberry muffin cold when I said it wasn’t warmed up the guy said it was and wouldn’t warm it up again. Very poor service. They also make you give a tip before you get your food! Place is ridiculous!

Shame on Starbucks for raising the prices of their Grande STRAWBERRY refresher $1.00 without notification!! I bought one Friday $4.95 today (Monday) it was $5.95!!! I googled to see when the prices went up. I couldn't find anything except google mentioned Blackberry Sage was at a higher price. So I called the 800 number to find out what the heck was going on. Why wasn't there a notice especially when I have the app, about the increase price,and I could barely understand the customer service women, but she put me on hold and came back it depends on the store. I told her I was at the store Friday and didn't anything mentioned about price change. Then she proceeded to say everything is going up! I said that's not the point!! The point is I didn't get or see anything on google or their app about price changing. Shameful!!!!!!!!!!

Not a coffee drinker but my daughter wanted to stop by and get something. I tried one of their breakfast sandwiches which I thought was pretty good. One of the people making the coffees was kind of rude and ignored my daughter when she was talking to him though.
