Never again!!!! This place is HORRIBLE!!! Cashier was clueless, Barista was clueless, manager was nowhere to be found!! Waited for 15 min (only one in the lobby/4 cars in the drive through) for 2 very simple drinks. THEN when i get outside, i realized that my venti drink was filled to the top with ice. Probably 4oz of liquid in a $8.00 drink. No time to complain, i was on a time limit to get to a meeting. You got me once.......Not again

I stopped there this morning and went inside for my purchase. From the initial person who took my order, to the person behind the counter and up until the last person to hand me my order was nothing short of extremely rude and unfriendly service. So much for Christmas cheer…if it is that difficult to make a customer feel appreciated for patronizing your establishment then they clearly should not be working there. Do better…
Oh, and they got my order wrong on top of it.

I usually never have issues with this location, but my experience on 9/21 in the morning was very disappointing. I placed a mobile order about 10 minutes before arriving, and the app showed my pickup time as 8:54 AM. When I got there, no mobile orders were ready, and I waited another 10 minutes with nothing coming out. I finally asked at the register, and the barista said they were understaffed—even though I saw three baristas working.

Normally in the mornings, there are long drive-thru lines and 10–15 mobile orders on the counter, and everything still runs smoothly. This day didn’t even seem as busy, yet my drink (just a simple hot chai latte) wasn’t ready on time. I asked if they could cancel the order since I was running late for work, but the barista said they couldn’t—something other staff have been able to do for me in the past.

This was frustrating and felt like poor management of a morning rush. I’m a regular here and usually have great service, but the team working that morning didn’t seem prepared to handle the pace of this location.

This used to be a DAILY stop, but the amount of time in drive thru to get a drink just isn’t worth it. Today stood at counter with 6 workers and no one took my order. WiFi didn’t work either so had to leave with client to conduct meeting at another coffee shop. Bring back when this was the best Starbucks in Ohio!!

I go to starbucks today after my final exams excited to try the new summer berry drink. I order and service is fine and I get to the window and the wrong size was given to me. no worries not a big deal mistakes happen. however I ordered a venti and was given a grande and whoever made the drink poured my grande into a venti cup and filled it with extra ice to make it look like a venti. my drink was unenjoyable because there was so much ice I couldn’t even enjoy the popping pearls at the bottom. on top of that i asked for light ice and had to dump ice out because i couldn’t even get my straw in the cup.

One of the top 5 horrible starbucks experiences ever! The cashiers need to be retrained on customer service. Entitled and unprofessional ! Drinks tasted like water and the 2 of the same drinks take completely different! 1/10 Do not recommend!

Updated: we left after 30 mins because we had plans. Got no food.—— We waited over 20 mins in the drive thru for two coffees at 8:30 am. Should be better staffed. Will not be back.
