I ordered a venti Christmas blend coffee with cream and a spinach and feta wrap. This is my go-to order, and typically simple. I got my order, no stopper because they were out. Not a big deal… unless you fill the coffee so full that merely touching the cup makes it spill. I had no napkins as I was given none, so that was a creative cleanup. My cup holders were full of hot coffee. Then I grabbed my wrap- literally looked like it had been balled up like cookie dough and thrown into the bag. I’m a fairly regular customer, but not at this location. And, for that, I am grateful. Careless, and it wasn’t a peak time for ordering…

Merry Christmas... giant A-Holes. Drove 45 minutes on Christmas day (tradition) get there at 3:30pm to be told they will not take my order because they close AT 4PM. I sat in the parking lot and watched them service the entire drive thru that was wrapped around the building and a half mile down the road. I am a SERIOUS SB drinker, 4 to 5 drinks minimum DAILY. So I'm confident I pay the amount of several employees salaries. Again... Merry freaking Christmas... Im aware if this is my only issue - then I'm doing pretty well. But anyone who knows me... knows you don't mess with my damn coffee.

Any specialty drink or secret menu hack you know of, they happily make. Well they seemed happy to help my son and I. It was delicious! So we tipped extra good.

Literally the worst service in any Starbucks that I’ve ever been to. I come here out of convenience because it’s in the grocery store. The employees have zero sense of urgency, there’s often more than one person behind the counter that isn’t even helping any guess. The amount of time it takes to get through one person‘s order is absolutely ridiculous. They are not friendly and they couldn’t care less how many people are in line. The place is a mess, I don’t know what training they go through but clearly they need more, and they need a manager on staff making sure that they’re actually getting customers through the line. Every time I’m waiting for my coffee there’s at least one or two people that get out of line and give up because it’s taking so long

Every single time I go to this location I leave with my drink partially empty because they don't use enough to make a full drink. Trying to fill the space with extra ice ince it's already in the cup is just a joke. I won't visit this location anymore.

The food is good, i love the bagels! Anyone who loves coffee or cafes should come here, even if your not a caffeine person there are still drinks for you. They have frappichino's (witch are like milkshakes), snacks, refreshers, and more!
