The cleanest a friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. I don’t drink a lot of Starbucks but today I had to carpool with my fiance and my work didn’t open for alittle after I got into liberty so I stopped in. The staff was so nice. I usually have to play 20 questions with the Starbucks staff but today I just told the guy I wanted a dairy free peppermint mocha and he did it bam. Awesome staff very clean. Only thing I would say is it would be nice if the side door was fixed.

A favorite mtg place for my friend and I since you opened, at Liberty Center. Today an employee went above and beyond customer service. His energy he put into customer needs and nthe cleanliness of the store. His smile and energy never wavered. We sat 3 hrs !!! He truly has the ambition and energy to put the “Star” in a Starbucks employee

An employee named YahYah so so polite and friendly. I have been coming to Starbucks monthly for at least 4 years. This guy is the star in Starbucks. No one had ever asked if I wanted seethed when I picked up my tea. No one had ever informed me you can get free coffee or tea refills. My first Starbucks review.

I purposely pass by other Starbucks stores to come to this one at Liberty Center. No matter what time or day of the week, the staff are friendly and even know me by name and often tell me my order before I even place it. Fantastic customer service day in, day out. If you have had a bad experience at other Starbucks, come to this one and you will keep coming back!

Best caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino i have EVER had. No other starbucks can do it quite like this. Every sip, there was crunchies AND caramel. If i could take the barista and put him in my pocket i would snatch him up. Amazing.

This review is directed towards Aaliyah. A Java chip frappe is not the same as a mocha frappe. I am also not your “girly” the customer service here is non existent. I paid over $6 for my drink to be wrong and not what I even ordered. Very disappointed, will not be back.

We ordered a Grande Cappuccino but received this instead — and not just one, but two of them. I don’t understand how such a mix-up happened between 8oz and 16oz, especially with both orders…
It was fast, they were very nice and the beautiful black prince that was at the register said he likes my hair!

I am new to trying lattes so I asked what kind they had. They were very patient with describing the different types and even told me how to I could add different things to them to make the latte even better. They wrote nice messages on my cup too.

the barista was very nice. best lavender matcha i’ve had from starbucks in a while. very speedy service even though the lobby was full. I think this is the best location in westchester. Again the staff here are amazing!!
