I am new to trying lattes so I asked what kind they had. They were very patient with describing the different types and even told me how to I could add different things to them to make the latte even better. They wrote nice messages on my cup too.
the barista was very nice. best lavender matcha i’ve had from starbucks in a while. very speedy service even though the lobby was full. I think this is the best location in westchester. Again the staff here are amazing!!
It is a great place within a great location. I have been there many times. Last time I was there was not the best time! My order was missed up every time it was made, it was a very simple one as well. On the first trial of getting my simple "white chocolate mocha" I got a dark hot chocolate, on the second time, I got milk with sugar! I didn't say anything after that as the person behind the counter was nice and probably was new! I tried to enjoy my stay with friends...
