Well, I would not recommend going to this place when you place an order you should get what you place. They mentioned they were trying to call me and were unreachable. That’s not true I never received any call. Secondly, when I called I was pist off but this this happened before and I never get sorry for what caused an issue with the bread I ordered is not available so they give me what they have on them. Also, they mentioned they recorded all the calls I was rude and I did not have a chance to have him explain on his side. The long story is they never called and I was rude but they won’t admit it was wrong on their end. The employee's name is Jack and the young manager says he is the manager. Hopefully let's see if I get a call from the owner

Three of my 4 slices of cheese were left in the toaster. Very messy sandwich build, they dropped the toaster basket on the floor then put it back in the oven and said just run it on this cycle and it cleans it. I threw my sandwich away and went to Penn Station.

Today I gave these people 6 dollars and pay the rest from card. I got home and found out they charged me full price. It was an Asian American girl who appeared like she doesn’t want to be there

Terrible service. They don’t take AMEX cards. They don’t honor BOGOs. They failed to enter my Subway membership number. Have to explain everything twice to the sandwich preparer. Drive an rx4 miles to the Trenton OH Subway & you won’t have these problems. They care more about their bottom line & not about doing what’s right with the customer,

Went in today, my order wasn't in their system. Ok. That happens, it's fine. It was two VERY different sandwiches.

The two employees find the order and go to make it, but they made two identical sandwiches. Neither of the sandwiches were one that we ordered. The phone number doesn't work, it sends you to corporate, so there's no way to call and fix the issue.

You need to watch them making your sandwich because they will short you on everything. They’re cheap and always hazardous material in their store. Don’t take your kids in this place!

Poor customer service, was ignored by both females working. Had to question them after standing waiting for 5min if they would help me. The entire experience from walking in and waiting for them to acknowledge me, was annoyingly painful. They just refused to interact with me until I said something. Clearly they hire incompetent young children to run these stores.
