I don't really understand it every time I go to Taco Bell the food gets a little bit worser each time a little more expensive in the early 2000s you spend a few dollars and you got pretty decent quality food now you spend $10, $15, $20 and it's all garbage there's nothing more to say

I hate to be a Karen, but Ive literally never had such an awful experience with Tbell. I think my food was made with utter despair and hatred. My burrito was hardly wrapped upon opening the bag and it genuinely tasted old. I love you Tbell, do better :(

I usually end up at Taco Bell after my Late night shifts. Austin, I believe the cashier's name is there majority of the times I go. He is so nice and so full of energy It makes my night better, especially after a long shift. The food is always made correctly and I'm never missing any items. Serious shout out to Austin and the rest of the back of house crew ; keep up the great work you guys are doing amazing.

Just received the worst crunch wrap ever. Ordered with extra nacho cheese and barely any ingredients. Night crew just seems to not care. Messed up order and didn't include 2 items I ordered. I was the only person in the drive thru.
Went and bought chicken chalupa meal and the dam bread was for gorditas they was old and hard couldn't even chew them the chicken is old and hard just disgusting never again this was 9:30 at night
