I don’t know what it is but I waited 30 min for no food! Helped people that came in after me? Also male employee in that back freaking out cus they were busy just an awful experience. I understand 1 mite be a busy time. The situation definitely could have be handle better. Instead of telling me it’ll be 5 min after I waited 30 min😳

Place order in mobile app on Cinco de Mayo at 1030am and they were closed when we got there. Never got order and went to Monroe location which they took excellent care of us. Go to Monroe. I’m hoping to get a refund on my credit card as they charged me for the order anyway. Crooked establishment at Liberty Drive location.

It somehow took multiple minutes to order 3 items.. with minute long waits between each item. Baffled as to how this is possible.
Worked all day on Sunday and was starving so I stopped by here to get some food around 10-10:30 and none of my tacos were filled to a decent amount. Literally had a pit in my stomach because I was so hungry and drove home to eat my shells of tacos.

Ok so fresh food not covered in grease there are 2 taco bells beckett ridge on 747 and but this is number one it pulls past what u get at beckett ridge. The tylersville one never go there soggy and not hot or melted cheese. BTW loving the new mc nuggets puts mcds and Wendy's to shame

My order was completely wrong and this has happened multiple times at this location. I love Taco Bell, but refuse to come here because nothing is ever correct. Also the food is made sloppily, is cold, and the tacos have very little filling.
