I arrived at 10pm when the store is open until 1am. I pulled up to the drive through and was told “we are not taking orders go away”. I then tried to drive out of the drive through while they were actively serving another customer. I then tried to go out the way I came and he was now actively taking an order from another customer. Terrible service and terrible people.

45 minute wait in drive thru line is totally unacceptable
I don’t know what it is but I waited 30 min for no food! Helped people that came in after me? Also male employee in that back freaking out cus they were busy just an awful experience. I understand 1 mite be a busy time. The situation definitely could have be handle better. Instead of telling me it’ll be 5 min after I waited 30 min😳

Place order in mobile app on Cinco de Mayo at 1030am and they were closed when we got there. Never got order and went to Monroe location which they took excellent care of us. Go to Monroe. I’m hoping to get a refund on my credit card as they charged me for the order anyway. Crooked establishment at Liberty Drive location.
