This used to be my favorite Dunkin! Buy a large hot latte and half of the cup is nothing but foam. But when you said something, you're told that's the way it's made. I'll be choosing a different Dunkin from now on.

Disappointed by service. Cashier was unfamiliar with menu and charged me for an order of hashbrows in addition to their hashbrown wrap sandwhich. He also initially was not going to give me my giftcard back despite it having a remaning balance. I asked to be refunded for the extra hashbrows and was told i had to pick another item of equal value or wait 15 min for manager to return to get my money back.

Idk whats happening to you guys in lisbon but it's getting wild lol my order is literally never right I always have to have it remade or ill make an order, get to the window and get told oh we actually dont have that but i cant refund you..... Alot of the time I just accept it anymore because it's always wrong lol the other day I got my coffee with 5 blueberry munchkins and 2 double chocolate donuts but! I kid you not i got back the wrong drink, and only 1 double chocolate,1frosted donut, 2 chocolate, 1 regular, 1 blueberry, 1 glazed munchkins? Like they was not out of the ones I ordered so i have no idea why she gave me a random veriaty lmao but that goofy crap happens alllll the time 😂

This is a small dunkin compared to some ive been too but they definitely keep it very clean inside & outside... the staff is nice, its a pretty quiet atmosphere most of the day too but the drive thru is quite busy during peak times. I love their frozen chocolate drinks!! Would recommend.
