The food and service was excellent. The place was clean and really nice inside. I would recommend this place to everyone. Be advised it has a new name. It's the Casa Seafood and Smokehouse. The former Locke 24.
Formerly known as Lock24, new owners, new name, Casa Steak Seafood Smokehouse. Awesome menu selections, great service....even better meal. Although it's off the beaten path, don't overlook this restaurant....one of the best if not THE BEST in the East Liverpool/Lisbon, OH area. We make it a point to stop each time we travel through Columbiana, County. Worth a try...you won't regret it.
I had the barbeque pork sandwich, wasn't a lot of meat and the meat wasn't up to my standards and the bun was well done. Will give them another try, everybody has a bad day.
