Keller Meats - Litchfield

Very weird experience. I was told by the Medina location that this location would have what I needed, pork bones. They had none. Then, the young man and even younger girl working the register were very unprofessional. They criticized each other as the transaction was taking place and it was very awkward. The young girl (maybe 8, 9, 10?), was very bossy and the boy was very distant in talking to me and very dismissive. I won't go back to this butcher because of this. Prices aren't great either.

Got a whole hog back in October for a pig roast. Drove a little further to Kellers as they had a better price. Not only was the quality of meat great, costumer service was amazing as well. I asked a few questions and even with it being busy more than 1 employee went out of their way to help out. Thank you!

Skip the low quality meat you get from grocery stores! Since I’ve changed to only buying my meat from them, everyone notices how much better dinner tastes!!! High quality, locally owned, tastes like the meals grandma use to make!!

I don't even know where to start. This entire process was awesome. We dealt with Kelton and his customer service was top notch. We purchased a half cow half pig and got 40 lb of chicken and the price was incredible. The quality of their product is unmatched. My family and I could not be happier about the decision that we made to come here. Everything was vacuum sealed and labeled and boxed up for our pickup. Just by looking at it, you can tell the difference between their product and the garbage you buy at the grocery store. I would recommend this place a thousand times over to anyone. Thank you, Keller family for providing this service. You guys are amazing!!

I was told about this market and decided to give them a try. I purchase 6 turkey wings flats only, they actually came another way, but the butcher was able to give me exactly what I wanted. For that reason I'll definitely come back and purchase more meat. Thank you Kellers employees for helping me have a great experience in your store.

My favorite place to buy bacon!!! And I tried something new for me....the Sassy Brats. Absolutely amazing!!!! Will be back to buy more!!!!
