The Pump House Bar and Pizzeria

My family and I got a pep and cheese pizza and the sausage potato soup. The food was really good ! I drove about 20 mins home and the food was still hot. As soon as I walked over to the bar I was assisted. The wait for the food wasn’t long at all. . The lady that helped me was nice. Very clean.

It is like a day and night difference in the quality and taste of their pizza from just six months ago.I don’t know why they changed their pizza recipe but I wouldn’t be going back. I’ve had better frozen pizzas.

Sad to report that we’re going to avoid this place for a bit. The food can be really good, when it’s on. Unfortunately it’s become inconsistent. The service has declined too, the prices are a little steep, and the wait time is excessive. We’d like to keep giving them business but there are better places around.

Great food and awesome service here. They took great care of my family (ran out some fruit for my 1 year old just as a kindness) and the pizza, subs, and buffalo chicken dip we got were delicious. We will definitely be going back!

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and was pleased to find a generous Happy Hour for apps and beers. We split a Philly and Italian subs. Oh my, the bread used for the sub is insane. Best bread I've had in a long time. I'll be back just to try this again. I've also heard they use the same bakery for their burger buns and I'm excited to try that as well. Overall, everything was delicious! Deep fried mushrooms, jalapeño poppers, and both subs. Excited to come back.

I arrived with my daughter’s family including their 5 year old and 14 month old at 7 pm after a T-ball game. We were tired and hungry. We were greeted as we walked in by the bartender. She brought a high chair and menus and took our drink order immediately. She brought our drinks and took our order right away. The cook walked through the dining room and noticed the 14 month old fussing. He offered to bring some fruit. Within in a minute he brought a bowl of fresh strawberries, blueberries and watermelon. Happy food. Our pizza sub was brought out by 7:25. The kids loved it. By 7:28 the adults were enjoying smash burgers and fries. Mine was delicious especially with the toasted bun. The fries were crispy and plentiful. Enjoyed by all. We will definitely go back.
I haven’t been inside this place for over 40 years. I truly am thrilled it is so bright, so clean and family friendly!

This is the BEST bar/restaurant in Central Ohio. It’s family-owned, fast service, great wood-burned pizzas, fantastic burgers, and amazing appetizers! Check them out!!
