The employees, especially the day lady, are very nice. Food is delicious made from high quality ingredients. Store and restrooms have always been clean. Really my only complaint is price. Your looking at $50 or more everything you eat at Napolis. That being said it is really good. Our favorite is the italian sub with napolis dressing and fries. You must also try boneless wings and homemade blue cheese dressing. Chefs kiss on the taste. We eat here maybe twice a year due to price...
1st time here! Heard a lot of good about this place and I'm telling you right now, hands down the best Sub I've ever ate!It wasn't soggy,it wasn't too crispy,it was fresh and homemade like.Absolutely can't believe I have eaten here before.5+ stars from me!
Last time I called, the guy kept trying to tell me what I said. He kept getting the order wrong. It would be different if he said “I thought you said” (or even better; Sorry, I thought you said) but it was “You said.” He May have heard definitely, but I knew what I was saying. Last I checked, my brain was still sending signals to the rest of my body. Still, Napolis has the best Pizza in Vincent.
