Located couple minutes from Racino Scioto Downs. Calm early on place to get cold beers to wash down some appetizer type foods typical of a pub. I enjoyed my visits here with friends splitting up buckets of bottled beers. Have whiskey and bourbon as well.
Barmaids are nice and tentative to your needs, usually 1 or 2 present.
Local crowd has been friendly, most work around the area at plants & construction sites.

A’Ja did an amazing job of delivering good service with a great attitude. She was so kind, positive, and leaving me wanting to come back. I highly recommend going to Goat because of A’Ja!!

The only thing consistently enjoyable from our order was the drinks. Shrimp, wings, Fries, and a medium burger were all overcooked, dry, and difficult to chew. Philly was fine though.Good dive atmosphere, though.
