Authentic, Clean, Fresh, Friendly and Super delicious! Emphasis on Authentic and delicious! A bit different than traditional authentic, but a nice culinary take on enhancing a few pieces such as the corn tortilla was higher quality than any truck taco, and the onion was grilled rather than fresh. Not my favorite this way, but I really enjoyed it today as it was a nice change that tasted amazing! Then they substituted the lime wedges with a lemon wedge. But I still love my raw fresh onion and cilantro with limes better. However, this will be a new favorite taco spot of mine especially when I want a nice change from the norm! Muchas Gracias!
