The location, the aesthetic, the lighting, the service, and the drinks... all were incredible. We sat at the bar (which if you've been following me, you know we prefer ?), and it was perfect. The staff are very personable, knowledgeable, and down to earth, and they made great conversation. They're also down to make you any cocktail that you'd like (even if it's not on the menu); that went a long way with me. We had 3 on the menu and 3 not on the menu, and we loved every single one. “I was in town and Agave & Rye was recommended to me. I stopped in on 9/10/22 talked with Emma the hostess and explained I was having a few friends to stop by not sure how many between five and ten. She accommodated me at the high rise table back by the windows which was perfect for my nine guest. Sarah was our excellent server, she continually checked in on us even thou I saw her working outside as well. Our drinks were awesome and our food was really good. Next time I am in town I will definitely return here.“

“One of my regular spots and also one of my favorite places in town. It's always nice to know I can come in here and grab some really good pizza and then come upstairs for great cocktails. The peanut butter tequila is weirdly good and they do a chocolate martini with it that is absolutely amazing.“

“One of my favorite places to eat. I love the food. Wine selection is good. Service is good.
I have two issues with this place.
#1. They charge $10 cork fee per bottle of wine on everyday but Thursday. That’s a crime. They claim that their wine is cheaper than other places so it justifies the cork fee, but that’s simply not true. I can get most of them cheaper at Krogers. I don’t agree with being penalized $10 per bottle to drink it there. Therefore I rarely go there any longer unless it’s a Thursday. They could at least cut it back to one $10 fee per night.
#2. When they have a live band they bring the tip jar around to each table and expect you to tip the band. I know where the tip jar is and I usually tip the band, but I don’t like how they somewhat force you to tip them by bringing it to your table. Especially when I’m trying to eat my food.

“I have been a HUGE fan of "The Ferm" for a while now. I live in the neighborhood and it is my favorite spot to drop in on. Just when I didn't think I could love them more, they proved me wrong. I organized a corporate holiday party here, and Megan was such an amazing partner in the coordination from start to finish! The actual event exceeded ALL expectations! Megan, Emily and Jean Luc were an all star team! This is my third year organizing this event and this was absolutely THE BEST! THE Fermentorium checks ALL THE BOXES!!! I recommend them for a planned evening out, an impromptu quick drink, or to host a private event!!!!“

“Inviting atmosphere with great coffee and even better service.

I Stumbled upon this cafe on google and learned that it is one of the few coffee shops that are open late into the evening. As soon as i walked in, i noticed that the pillows in top of the seating rows and the great cozy atmosphere that allows people to work while minding their business which is the perfect mix for a coffee spot!

They have a downstairs too and both floors have a patio area which I will try once the weather gets warmer. The downstairs is a more quiet environment but the main floor is filled with vibes and background conversations so it offers both ambiances that a cafe often calls for.

The selection of wine has depth which makes it a good spot to hangout even after the coffee hours are gone.

As a latino, i loved seeing the empanadas on their menu which is a great snack or meal and goes well with coffee.

I ordered the usual, dark toast drip coffee, yet again and the flavor was a bit on the robust side with a hint of bitterness but delicious nonetheless. I had more than three refills of it and was more awake than a meth head at 3 pm in the afternoon!

The barista was so sweet and was more than happy to take care of my refills every time i stepped up to the bar!

Will come back to try their empanadas.“

The bartender was going couple of minutes late as he was helping in the liquor store in the front of the building but well worth those extra few minutes wait. It is a bit hard to find but well worth it. 24 taps and a wide selection of bourbon.Service was friendly and personable. Had the Rhinegeist Saber Tooth Tiger Imperial IPA. Very nice easy drinking IPA. Followed by a New Riff single barrel bourbon. Very smooth and tasty bourbon.“

“This was an Easter brunch. A good variety of entrees on the menu. Food presentation was very good. The drinks selection with special mixed drinks. The beer selection was adequate and excellent quality of the beers that were on tap. I would have preferred more Chimay's on tap but would still rate the selection excellent. Other locations for Taste of Belgium do have a wider variety. It is a fun airy and sunny atmosphere.“

“One of our favorite places to go for a night out/bdays! We absolutely love it & always have the best time @ Lori’s so of course we planned my birthday night here. Tommy worked with us to get a VIP table & plan my bday there, he was awesome with all the info & booking. Also, he was great & easy to communicate through it all. The girls who took care of us all night was excellent, the food was delicious, & the drinks! The bull was so much fun..a lot of laughs watching so it is def a great addition they have added there. The bands were all great we all love live music. We all had the best night & of course my bday was a blast there! Our group def highly recommends going to Lori’s if you haven’t been you are missing out for sure..so you better plan that night out ASAP & book a VIP section with Tommy.
