Went here last night while heading home with my husband and kids. Got 4 kids meals, a brisket meal, and a beef n cheddar meal. First of all, we waited at the speaker for 17 minutes before being served. When we did, the woman in the drive through was extremely rude and made us feel like a nuisance. Food was terrible. Feel bad for those of you in hocking hills who like Arby’s, as we were just passing through at the time.
Online and in store the hours are advertised as open at 10 AM. Did not open until at least 11 AM. They did not answer the speaker to let anybody know that they were not ready to open even though they were there and knew multiple cars were waiting. We did not get food, just left.

10:45 am I went through the drive thru at Logan, and waited and waited, I even said anyone there, gave up and went on . I went to the parking lot to see if the next person got waited on. Again they were there for a long time. I went to Burger King and two of the cars that was at Arby's were there. You lost money!!!
