Update again. 12/11/2024 still no gift card. What a worthless manager no wonder this place of business is going down the tube. Still have not gone back. Other friends have stopped going also just not a good place eat any more.

Ordered (11/30/2023) from the carry-out, went in to order. Told them what i wanted, got home order was wrong. The food looked disgusting ended up throwing it away. Wont be back.

We ordered the Thanksgiving Feast and picked it up on Wednesday. Pick up went pretty smoothly. We reheated everything on Thursday and the sides and ham were delicious. The turkey on the other hand was extremely dry and almost had a gamey taste to it. Very disappointing for sure! We even put extra broth on it trying to get it more moist, but that didn't seem to help. Thankful we ordered ham as well so we enjoyed that and the sides!

Went this morning for breakfast, there was a line out the door so we had a bit of a wait, no worries there, but once we were called the hostess was very annoyed that we took longer then 30 seconds to approach when she said our table was ready. We waited 10 minutes for the waiter/waitress to come and when they did they stated that our waitress forgot us and took our order. It took another 15 minutes to get drinks and we did not get our food until 1 hour after we arrived and once we did part of our order was not brought and we had to wait till it was freshly cooked. When we go our food an assistant manager came out and helped bring it over and then never apologized for the mistake and roughly handed a plate down and said you can do the rest yourself. Very unprofessional, not quick service, and they were fully staffed yet did not seem to care about what was happening around them

I can’t even rate my food because i’ve been in the restaurant for over an hour and it has not come yet. My only source of entertainment has been a stray dog out the window. Please help me get out of this place.

Not sure where my waitress went to but another one came by to bring me coffee Bathroom was terrible door would not close, toilets were dirty, paper all over the floor and sink. Smelled bad. Trash can full and in the middle of the isle. I told cashier but nothing was the whole we were eating when my mother used it before we left

I order two soups they gave me the wrong soup after waiting over half an hour they also made me feel bad for ordering the soup that was 2 for 12 listed on the website they stated it was only available for dine in. The manager told the server she would honor this time. I won't be back thanks to be treated this way

I’m sure the food is fine, that is if you actually ever have it come to your table! Came in here for breakfast with a few friends (group of 4 with a new born baby) after camping for the weekend, took a little longer to get a table than expected but no biggie. Ordered our coffee and waters to start at around 9:30, then placed our order shortly after (maybe 10-15 min after). The restaurant did seemed to be fully staff with about 6 servers and a manager who was assisting. It wasn’t packed even though there was a huge line forming shortly after we were seated but only about half the restaurants tables were in use. Odd but no big deal cus we had already been seated and ordered. Over an hour and about 20 minutes go by and nothing, no refills, no updates. We saw other tables being served and had finished there meal before our server even checked on us and she walked by us a ton. Finally when I asked our server when our food would be done and if we could get a refill on our coffee, the server sent a different server to fill our drinks and when I asked her about our food she said she had no clue. No apology, no update, NOTHING. Finally we had enough and went to McDonald’s right across from the parking lot. I’m sure the food is fine, but the service was awful, idk if they need to be retrained or get a new manager because it was like we were invisible. Bob Evans is great but you may wanna reconsider with this one.

They had 2 servers working the whole restaurant. It took an hour to get our food and then most of it was cold. They gave us a small discount for the issues but was VERY disappointed in our experience!
