Nice clean location with good parking & no wait. Absolute bare minimum in service. Food looked like it was thrown onto plate & missing items. The kitchen was out many basic items. We wanted dessert, but after waiting 15 after the plates were cleared, I had to walk almost into the kitchen to find somebody I could place a dessert order with. Certainly not the quality restaurant it once was. I would absolutely NOT recommend.

Tried to give them a chance once again. Great service subpar food. Lukewarm and kitchen did not follow simple instructions. We can no longer recommend this franchise as they have been wildly inconsistent after going to 3 in 30 days.

Food was prepared to order and was very good. The only issue we had and why they got a 4 and not 5 is the delivery only included 1 syrup and both I and my son got pancakes. We were in a rental house so unfortunately we had no syrup stocked in the kitchen to supplement. So this put a lite damper on the breakfast for dinner.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are great
