Bought 4 eggnormous burritos and found out that they no longer come with sausage. For $5.09 you should get both bacon and sausage. The guy making them was completely rude about the question and the whole store is not welcoming at all. The traditional eggnormous burritos came fully loaded with both. Burger King was my go to but as of late the breakfast and whoppers have gone down hill.

They got my order completely wrong even though I repeated it 3 times because I didn't see a summary on the screen. Everything came very cold and the ice coffee was so bitter there clearly wasn't even a tiny spoon of sugar in it. It was just terrible just terrible. They can do better. They need to hire more people.

Got two items, an ice cream cone and a chocolate shake. Chocolate shake was not stirred up was very thin ice cream cone was very small name on receipt "RUTH" was very rude, didn't get most of my change back because it fell on the ground as she slammed the change in receipt in my hand at the window just because they were short- staffed don't mean you need to take it out on the customers will think very hard about ever returning to this store again

Nice Burger King. Friendly staff. They seemed a little under staffed, but it was a Sunday, which usually means less staff. The drive-thru and inside were busy, but there seemed to be a large amount of fries in the warmer. After waiting in line a bit, I knew those fries wouldn't be the best. There's nothing better than hot fries from BK. No problem. I asked if I could have hot fries, and she was happy to oblique. She even brought out our tray when the fries were done.
I was excited to see a new computerized fountain drink dispenser, hoping for a variety of soda offerings. I was wrong. It looked fancy, but there were 8 choices, and only one was diet. Diet Coke. Sigh! I still don't understand why most restaurants' diet soda offerings are only 10-15% when half or more of the customers want diet. At least offer 25%...two choices.
Overall, this is a nice BK. They let me have it My Way.

Was disappointed once getting home and taking my first bite, realizing my food (as well as my husbands) was missing ingredients. No lettuce, not tomato. Which is really the only reason i get burger king over somewhere like McDonalds. Now it just kinda feels like a waste of money. The rest of our food was alright, what youd expect. Atleast everything was hot.
The food is NEVER hot not even warm. Fries are cold and they just sit in the fry tray under a heat lamp and then when they serve them they are cold and hard and pretty much not edible.

This is the first BK I've been to in over a decade that actually has their senses together. Food's actually edible, staff is human and not reading off a script, place is well kept, and wait times are reasonable. Knocking 1 star off though because one time they forgot the cheese on my CHEESEburger. I still laugh wondering how that happened, but it's not the end of the world. I'll be back again and again.
