Online order gave an error and said call store, so I did. They said there was no order in their system for me. However, the money came out of my account. So I asked them if I was just out the money and they said “yeah pretty much.” I assume once the order isn’t processed on their end I’ll get my money back. However, the workers attitude was absolute crap.
Screws up the order , tells us it’s free then comes back the next day wanting paid lol.. trash
We ordered a pizza, which was fine, but as I was finishing the order, the clerk asked if I wanted to tip the driver. Of course, we did. However, a charge was added to our bill that we did not authorize nor approve. When the delivery driver arrived, we were caught unprepared because our tip was not deemed enough. We had to scramble to come up with the change that we had been charged for the tip. Again, we were not told the cost of the tip. We assumed that would be at our own discretion...read full review
