We ordered a pizza, which was fine, but as I was finishing the order, the clerk asked if I wanted to tip the driver. Of course, we did. However, a charge was added to our bill that we did not authorize nor approve. When the delivery driver arrived, we were caught unprepared because our tip was not deemed enough. We had to scramble to come up with the change that we had been charged for the tip. Again, we were not told the cost of the tip. We assumed that would be at our own discretion since we were paying with cash upon delivery. Imagine our surprise!
When I called the Logan location to let the workers know this practice was not appreciated, the person who answered the phone hung up on me.
Again, the quality of the pizza is good, but we will be hard pressed to order from this location again.

Ordered 1lb of wings got 7.4 oz of what looks like Tyson frozen popcorn chicken. Have absolutely lost my business. Called an apparently talked to the owner. Basically he told me he don’t know what goes on in his kitchen and he didn’t know what to do for me. 15.99 for 1lb of boneless wings which was actually 7.4 ounces
