Placed order at 6pm. Delivery driver never showed up. 1 hr and 15 min later I went to the store to get my order. The food was cold. He said I only have one driver. If that's the case let me know and I would have gone to pick up right away. Asked about refund of delivery charges and Eric gave me a look like he saw surprised that I wanted it back. He did refund the price but the pizza was gross.

Best pizza in town! The staff and owner are always friendly and quick with service. Gluten free options as well which is fantastic for those on a limited diet in a small town!

First time trying pizza here at the Logan store. Pizza was really thin and not much pepperoni on it. Creno’s at other locations are better. Would recommend trying other pizza places in Logan because they are so much better.

Don't know how the food is. Ordered there 2 different times online, money was taken from my account with an error message. store never received order. Guy on phone and in person said he could not fulfill the order or reimburse due to the online ordering was separate. It took 2 weeks to get reimbursed from the online side.

I ordered about 49 dollars worth of food, it not only took them over a hour to get it to me after calling them 4 times after the first 40 minutes i was told the driver has it. The boxes were smashed, cheese was all over the top of the box. None left on the pizza it was so smashed. It was ice cold my sub was also destroyed. I called to tell them. I was told the owner would reach out to me to talk about it. I got no call. It was a holiday weekend so I waited till Tuesday because I figured they was busy. Was told the same thing they will reach out. After 6 attempts to get ahold of them I still havent heard a word. The product is way to expensive for people to not get what they paid for. If the food had been hot and not all smashed it would have probably been delicious. Hopefully this makes it to the owner seeing how your employees tell your customers that you will reach out to them and never do. Very disappointed!!!!

Online order gave an error and said call store, so I did. They said there was no order in their system for me. However, the money came out of my account. So I asked them if I was just out the money and they said “yeah pretty much.” I assume once the order isn’t processed on their end I’ll get my money back. However, the workers attitude was absolute crap.

When they first opened we loved the pizza however the last 2 times we’ve ordered our pizza feels like rubber, taste like little ceasers and so thin for the price you pay.
Called in a large pizza order was informed it would be ready at 1:00 arrived at 5 minutes till.. was informed that they didn't light their ovens on time so I had to wait an additional 25 minutes for my food. They did give me a couple of coupons to try to make up for it however when you get a house full of screaming hungry kids not so good
