Burned shrimp basket, asked for refund and was given attitude by who said she was the manager. NEVER AGAIN!
My husband ordered 2 6 piece chicken strips, they gave him 1 6 piece and the other was a 4 piece! He told them he needed 1 of the 2 cheeseburgers he ordered only ketchup and they gave both with everything on them! They overloaded them with so much mustard too! The medium cup of vanilla ice cream with sprinkles wasn't even full! This place has gone down hill! Prices are higher and you get less product! Do better!! We're done eating at the one in Logan!
Female by the name of Sam needs to be fired! Arguing and lying to customers and then lying to the manager about it to make the customer look bad is wrong! Very bad service! Do better..
I should have just went inside and prayed for faster service but, I saw there was no line in the drive thru for once and figured I'd just choose to do that since I was just ordering a small blizzard. Boy, I was wrong and the decision I made. I ended up putting my vehicle in park for the 20 min wait until they got my order. The main issue was that the car ahead of me sat along with me that entire time, and I was about to pull away when finally someone came in the speaker and asked if they had been helped. 😬 unfortunately, every time I do stop by the wait time is ridiculously long, and sadly, it hasn't changed. I honestly question if my blizzard will be melted by the time it finally arrives.
They need to have doordash orders ready when you get there this is ridiculous

Used to be the best dairy Queen around. Now it's really slipping. Prices getting out of hand, one of the most expensive fast food places in Hocking county with the slowest service. They've also removed favorites from the menu. And it's run by young kids who do not listen. I ordered a double hamburger with ketchup only; no where did I say cheese. I got double hamburgers with cheese. The veterans that all left that dairy Queen when it changed ownership never made that mistake. I'm really disappointed and won't be going back.
I waited 45 minutes in line and there was only 4 cars in front of us. The people inside are so slow not taking orders. When they took your order they rolled there eyes and was just so rude.
My family & I went to Ohio for a road trip & I regret stopping at this dairy queen for a quick meal. The chicken tenders looked like chicken nuggets, so someone from my party spoke up & they didnt seem to see an issue but did give some tenders because it was very unreasonable. However, when I was almost finished with my meal I noticed mold on my bread! I brought it to the counter & the guy walked away & didnt even care to look at it. Every employee was behind the counter & did not take my complaint seriously. I try to be a very understanding individual, but when I bring up an issue with something i paid for & get taken as a joke is something completely out of line. They were extremely rude & unprofessional! Almost refused my refund due to me eating the rest of my food yet claimed they did not see the moldy bread (i brought it up there but the guy simply walked away). I then was very heated that they did not care about whay type of food they are serving to their paying customers. I called corporate & they were more understanding of the situation than they’re entire staff were. Supposedly something is supposed to be ‘done’ about this whole scenario, but if you do not want mold on your bread & then be sick afterwards, i would recommend not eating from this place.
Food was fine but service poor. My son ordered a drink misty raspberry slush which apparently had vanilla mixed with blue raspberry…. Disgusting my son hated it and they would not replace it with a new drink… while I agree and paid… if you don’t like a product … not offering a replacement or refund is not a very nice business tactic.

A pleasant stop with pleasant treats close to where we live. When we visit, we typically go through the drive-thru but as of late we have been going inside. I’ve found you get more of a human experience because instead of having 6 cars behind you in line for the staff to wait on, you may only have 1-3 groups of people making it more a human experience 💫 The gentleman that rang me up & made my order this evening reminded me of someone from my hometown. This employee was really kind just like the other staff we’ve come across. I picked up a Butterfinger Blizzard & Oreo Blizzard w/ extra toppings. Thought it would be a sweet treat for when I got home to my husband. He LOVED it!! Thank you DQ for keeping us two sugar buzzed 🍦
Service is very poor. The kid that waited on us yesterday evening at the drive thru window was very rude.He slammed the deive thru window twice as we were waiting for our order..And we could hear the others inside laugh as if his behavior was funny..
The banna split was poorly made.Definitely wasnt worth the money..I got an ice cream cone that basically looked like a flat tire..
We used to love going to this Dairy Queen..We won't be back unless things change..
Added brownies for $1.29, No brownies 😔 even after showing the manager, no brownies were added. I just wanted brownies added to my $5.88 mini blizzard 😭😫
I am very disappointed in the owner of this establishment. I came in the other day with my grand children and was so upset with the way this worker was acting and how not one person corrected her behavior. The young lady with the red and black hair was over my the drive through talking with another employee and cursing loud enough I could hear her while I was ordering. I don’t appreciate that she was sitting there cursing to where my grand children could hear it but also loud enough I could hear her entire conversation, she was talking poorly of another girl worker and that alone is bad enough. Kids nowadays don’t have the decency to atleast keep this stuff at home but have to bring into work as well. I’m truly disappointed in everyone there and her employer for allowing this behavior.
This place has to be the slowest place I have ever been to . Sit in line for 15 min for a fish sandwich and a cheeseburger. Avoid here if possible
