The service was good, but we rented a water cooler that worked intermittently. We initially thought the faucets were broken, so my mother mentioned it to them, but they started working again. I spoke with the manager, and we determined the cooler was freezing up. They replaced it quickly but didn’t put child locks on it. After the holiday (when I called to request the locks), a customer service representative accused us of breaking the faucets (and insenuating I am a liar), claiming she overheard a conversation she believed was between the manager and my wife, but it was actually with my mother, before we knew it was freezing up. I called to cancel the service while waiting for a response from the manager. Overall, the service was fine, but this left a bad impression.

As a peer in the business, I believe Mike and Glacier are a great local water company. They have a good selection of products and they are obviously dedicated to their customers.
Delivery personnel are courteous and reliable which is much appreciated. That being said, I will find others ways to fill this need in future where I am treated civilly by all representatives involved.
