Don’t go here planning on getting anything that they advertise because most the stuff they advertise they don’t even have daily. We went for the cinnamon roll pancakes and were told they would not have them till the next day. They also don’t serve the strawberry cream French toast anymore. My boyfriend ordered a Mountain Dew and received a Pepsi as his drink. I ordered a French vanilla cappuccino that I never got. I asked for it and they brought me a regular coffee with a side of cream….

I would not recommend this place to anyone. my wife and and friend went there . They were treated really bad. food was very dry and nasty . Not a friendly place at all. if there is something wrong with your plate don't tell them . they will completely treat you like crap. like there food.

My wife and I stopped by this diner hoping to get a hearty breakfast off the delicious looking menu but it felt like we were ignored at every turn.

We waited to be sat but had to ask if it was self seating before one of the 4 waitresses sat us (one of which was sitting back and sipping coffee as we stood waiting to be helped). We finally sat, ordered our drinks and waited while looking over the menu. Made a decision and waited longer to get our drinks. Meanwhile, the table next to us was sat, ordered a drink from a different waitress, got their drink and ordered their food before our drinks ever came, which they infact didn't even get to us. We waited 7 minutes after ordering a drink to leave.

We won't be returning and will stick to Chelle's up the way.

Will never eat here again. The only good thing to say was the waitress was helpful. Someone else delivered my food to the wrong table, and when it was discovered, she asked if I wanted it again, and I said no because it had been sitting on the table for a while. She asked for it to be remade. I'm pretty sure all they did was heat the previous plate up in the microwave because it was remade too quickly. The only thing I ordered was two eggs, home fries, and toast. The toast was burnt, and the eggs were well over done, which is why I believe they just microwaved the previous plate. The poor waitress who did nothing wrong but kept apologizing, and I told her she had nothing to apologize for - the kitchen does. She did void my meal, and I gave her a nice tip for her service. But very displeased with the kitchen and wouldn't recommend it to anyone or come back.

Great little diner with fantastic home cooked food. We always stop for breakfast after our trips to HH and now there's a donut shop next door too!

Walked in and the hostess was immediately rude. I didn't even get to say hello. She sat me rather quickly but then it all went downhill. She took my drink order and sat two other tables after me. Never brought me my drink. The waitresses hit went to the two other tables after me and gave them their drinks and took their food orders. I was there 15 minutes and hadn't recieved any service other than being sat. They weren't even busy at all.

Ordered a Mushroom Spinach Swiss Omelette. They did not have Spinach. I was Ok with that but it was the smallest Omelette I ever had. On top of that it was cold. For the money and the food nothing I have found beats Home Tavern in Logan.

Have been coming here for years, food is always great and service is top notch as well! Can be a little bit pricey (we just spent $65 on 3 people after tip) but if you’re staying in the Hocking Hills, this is most definitely one of the better eats you need to hit before you leave.

Good place to go for singles, couples, and families. Atmosphere is homey and very ‘countryside’. Staff is always friendly and willing to make changes for you or fix mistakes. Bathrooms and seats/tables have always been clean every time I’ve gone. Options of eating inside or outside, and they also have a dessert case with rotating options, all of which are good. Plenty of parking available as well, which is a huge plus considering how busy they can get.

They also sell coffee flavoring syrups! Torani and Monin! Was so happy to find some butter pecan during my last visit.

Pictured are Hillbilly Omelet, Cheese Omelet, Suzi’s Scrambler, and Pumpkin Pancakes (seasonal special).

I highly recommend the Hillbilly Omelet and Cinnamon Roll Pancakes. You can’t go wrong!

Tried today for first time. 20 minutes to have someone seat us. Person that sat us asked us for drinks order. Never came back with those. 20 minutes we sat and no one came to take our order. Needless to say we left and found lunch elsewhere

What a great way to start the day! The chicken fried steak was perfect. The chocolate chip pancake was very rich and the Carmel French vanilla cappuccino was beautifly crafted delicious drink. The staff was friendly, and had great tips for touring the area! 100% worth the stop.
