Not great. Food was impressively expensive and even more impressively underwhelming. Menu offered an optional drink menu, and then there really wasn't one. Apps were clearly over fried and super hard. Steak was something I most definitely was looking forward to, and I was quite disappointed.
We recently did a pick up order for a family of 6. It was a big order and Jack's got it perfect. Staff was very friendly and even offered to help me carry the order to my car. Overall, the food and service was perfect here and I would recommend Jack's to anyone whether you are a tourist passing through or a long time resident.
Very good steak and very good service! Our waitress pointed out a mistake we didn't even know she made! Gave me a free coffee 😁 Me and my wife will be back! Thank you Jack's Steak House!
