If your in the mood for Mexican food I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff was very attentive. The drinks were tasty and the food was perfectly delicious!

After reading many reviews saying they were super slow, we still decided to give them a try. We are happy we did! We got our food fast, staff was super friendly, and the place was very nicely decorated. Good food too!

This is a wonderful place. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was superb.

Management was rude and the food needs a lot of improvement. First, we were a party of 14, and they only brought 4 bowls of chip and salsa. When we asked for more, they wanted to charge us $2 per. I ordered the carne Asada and it was the worst Carne Asada I have had. It was dry and super super thin. Management did not care and was inattentive.

I will never eat here again.

Horrible service extremely slow and they said it would be just a few minutes till we sat down and it was thirty minutes. Beef quesadilla only had a little bit of beef. Only a few of the waiters knew English One of the waiters was doing all the work The food was decent but it was definitely the worst Mexican I was ever at. Extremely expensive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No ac, over an hour wait for food. No drinks , the bus boy had to get us drinks. Wouldn’t come back here. Then a fight broke out within employees. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

We were so happy to come over from our campground as part of the family had been here before. The food is great but even better is the staff! It's 83° and 72% humidity outside. Of course the A/C is cool for those of us sitting but the staff is working at full speed and still so courteous as they fulfill our special requests. As a restaurant owner, I know how hot that kitchen has to be. The place is full, big groups all over. Our group is 10 on 3 tickets and not a mistake. I guess it's the owner in me, but I am VERY impressed. Good job team La Cascada!

Waited 15 minutes for someone to drop off chips and salsa, another 15 for someone else to ask us what we wanted to drink, and waited over another 10 minutes for SOMEONE else to ask us what we wanted for food, and then 1 hour and 10 minutes on our food while we waited this whole time, one of the servers were looking for our food while looking at pictures with another customer not even close to the kitchen. When they came around after SOMEONE else dropped off the food, told me the plate was hot, it was not. When our server was done looking at pictures, he asked us about our food; I told him it was not very hot, and he said they could remake it real quick but we had already waited a total of 1 hour and 40 minutes. Not sure how quick it would have been. Never again.

I stayed at the Holiday inn and thought this would be a great local restaurant. It seemed busy. But it had to be a people visiting the area who made the same mistake as me. I absolutely love Mexican food. And this place is by far the only one I can say I hated. The food was horrible. The refried beans tasted like they came out of a can. The salsa was from a jar. It was all bland and over salty. And my waiter seemed like he hated his job. The atmosphere looked like they just hung up some Mexican party decorations and opened a restaurant. Do not recommend. I can’t believe this place has been around as long as it has. I next to never leave a negative review. But this place needs some help.

My experience was very disappointing. The draft beer was warm and stale I informed the server, he stated they never had a issue with the beer before and he brought me a bottle beer.
I thought all was good until the manager came over to tell me he loses money on wasted beers and I was the problem not the warm beers. Wow ....how rude!
I got my check and left without ordering any food.
I can't believe they can run a restaurant with such bad service.
