For years we have stopped by this restaurant when visiting Logan. Unfortunately, it seems to have gone way down hill. I had to go inside to place a Togo order because I was hung up on because the gentleman on the phone couldn’t understand me. I felt like I was bothering them by asking for a Togo, they charged me a $2 Togo fee without permission. I had to go back to the restaurant because they forgot my bean dip (queso cheese with a tablespoon of beans mixed in). The gentleman was annoyed once again, not sure that he spoke any English or at all. I got home & realized there was a black hair (my family has blonde hair) in my main dish. Not sure we will be back. Doesn’t seem like they care about their customers or making money.

OVERCHARGING, receipts do not show order details to prove it either. I ordered arrzo con pollo and a side of tortillas for $19.00!! Menu states arzo is $11.99 and side of tortillas 2.99, the math does not add up. Will not be back.
