Every other McDonald’s is super quick when it comes to curbside orders,
Meanwhile Logan’s, sends me a message that my order is done and on its way out to me, then they don’t bring it out for another 15 minutes, leaving my fries cold, instead of just bringing it out when it’s ready,
Multiple times I’ve had to call in just to remind them “hey I have a curbside order” just for them to say “yea it’s ready just waiting to bring it out”
WHY ARE YOU WAITING TO BRING IT OUT?? JUST BRING IT OUT???

This place never fails to mess up an order. I intentionally order as simple as I can for them and they still mess up a basic order with no modifications. Takes twice as long having to have it all fixed. Done with this place, it's a sh-tshow, even by McDonald's low standards.

It's a really busy McDonald's, people need to be more patient with the employees and with each other, be careful in the parking lot and be considerate while having to wait your turn, look around, there's usually 30 cars in the drive thru and 10 families in the dining room waiting
Kid-friendliness: They have a light up table in the dining room, wherever you touch it it changes colors, long dining table for 10+ people as well, we thought the seats were shaped like nuggets and that was cute

Ordered at Kiosk... stood at counter to pay for over 5 minutes. No one acknowledged that we were even there. Employees were too busy arguing while cooking and running the drive thru. We walked out.

If I could do no stars I would. Placed order at kiosk. Waited 30 minutes for food (only because we were already there). Fries were semi cold, nuggets were edible but on the cold side, the burger was okay, hot chocolate was half filled. Won't be back to this location again.
