Visited this weekend first thing in the morning so I didn’t run into a crowd. I live an hour away and just happen to be near by so I decided to give it a try. Two young girls working were extremely rude. Barely acknowledged me to take my order, walked away after ordering before even taking payment, never heard another word from the employees. They sat my drinks on the counter, never told me they were ready, never said thank you, NOTHING! The drinks were ok but nothing to be excited about. I can get the same thing local to me. Probably won’t be going back to this place.
A group of us drove an hour today (December 22nd) for the festive holiday coffee flight. We also each got a breakfast sandwich. I cannot say enough good things a out our experience!! The coffee was delicious and adorable. The breakfast sandwiches were a great quality, and the jelly put them over the top! While we were chatting, the owner (?) checked on us and ended up bringing us a pastry to sample. That was so kind! This was a great coffee shop with tasty food. A bonus - There are antique and other shops in the same plaza to make a day of it! Thank you for making our holiday girl's coffee trip a success!!
Was just traveling through the area, found this nice little coffee spot. Nice setup, having the pop up vibe but in a definitely stable location. Service was quick and friendly. Reasonably priced and delicious verity, making it hard to choose. Seasonal flavors are a must and my personal favorite. Good job

Came here during a bachelorette weekend back in September. Employees got all bent out of shape over me not paying an extra dollar for a straw topper when I was already paying $10 for a drink🙄
After making the 1/2 hour drive to and from this place many times. We eventually stopped going. Do to the extremely rude and unpleasant customer service. It's unfortunate because their coffee flights are fun and delicious. I brought this to the owner's attention and he acknowledged the ongoing issue and that was pretty much it. I'd say just go in with very low expectations and be prepared for some attitude. Best of luck.
**IMPORTANT INFORMATION **
This place closes at 3:30 during the fall
Went here during a trip to Hocking Hills. The parking lot is too small to handle the amount of people they’re serving, so you can barely get in. Once we got into the drive thru line to order, no one took our order. We assumed then that we must order at the trailer, so we waited in line for about 15 minutes, expecting to order at the window since there was seemingly no other way. A guy came out and we thought oh maybe he’s going to take our order since no one else had. Nope! He actually came to our car to tell us to move so the vehicle behind us could order! He didn’t think that we perhaps didn’t order since there was no food order in their system at all for our car. I felt it was incredibly rude. We left. Next time, I recommend making sure you’re taking orders for all the cars instead of skipping people and asking the ones who were shirked to move.

Watered down coffee. food was okay, but smaller portions. The decor is a drive thru in a vintage looking streamline camper

I was so anxious to try this coffee shop after reading a number of positive reviews and the exciting seasonal drink menu, however after standing at the register for 7 minutes without a simple acknowledgment of a “we’ll be right with you” or eye contact, we decided to leave. While I know it’s a busy place, friendly service goes a long way. My suggestion is to require reservations for flights so it doesn’t hold everything else up.

Great little coffee shop in the Hocking Hills area. Gave me the right amount of pep for my morning hike to Rock House. Only wish I would have tried this place earlier in my trip to the area. Will definitely be going back next time I'm down that way!
