The lady told us to seat ourselves, that same lady never brought menus and we waited 10 minutes and left.

We visited Pearl's diner on a Sunday morning and felt fortunate that tables were available because Sundays can get quite busy at breakfast restaurants.
Food: I had eggs, toast, bacon, and a side of hash with coffee. Eggs and toast were fine, bacon was crisp and good. I wasn't a fan of the hash - it was like a smashburger, a burger size portion cooked very well on both sides.
Coffee was a disappointment because they had no cream, no half and half - just powdered creamer. It was hot and was not bitter so if black coffee is your thing then this would be good.
Service: we found open seats immediately. Some others behind us had to wait a few minutes but not long. Servers were very friendly and cheerful. It did take a seemingly long time for our food but it did come out hot and freshly cooked when it was served.

There's nothing fancy about this place, but I didn't come for fancy. Good food. Good service. Very reasonable prices.
THAT'S what I came in for and that's what I got.

Me and my family of 7 had started walking through the door. We werent even all inside yet before the waitress told us to close the door because the cold air is getting out. They werent accepting card which is fine but the way she told us was also rude. It should be a “Hey welcome in!” Not a get inside faster, and we dont accept card. She could of been nicer with how she spoke. We ended up walking right back out because we didnt want served with attitude.

Great service, wonderful food, and the best biscuits I've ever had.
One cook, one waitress enough said. On a Saturday…
Some great food and the workers made me an my husband fill at home and they was amazing an so was the food and great portions as well thank u
This was an unexpected amazing experience. We stopped in while traveling from Athens back to Dayton. They food exceeded our expectations and the prices were great. I had biscuits and gravy and commented that it was the best I may have never had. I didn’t even consider reaching for any salt or pepper. The chef obviously cares about what they put on the table. 10/10.
Perfect stop to start your day in the Hocking Hills. Food is no nonsense, people are friendly, well priced.
