I ordered a big order this evening and everything was made perfectly and tastes great! Cheers and thank you’s to the whole team working today. You guys and gals are awesome!
We ordered a super pepperoni and it barely had any on it. Super disappointed in the food quality. I think they were short staffed. I only saw one person working.

this store is the most uncoordinated business in logan. always cancels the orders on door dash and rude customer service. won’t order again

Food is decent. Typical Pizza Hut. Service and I use that term out of courtesy is TERRIBLE. Placed an online order, paid for it. Went to pick it up. Front counter worker said didn't have the order. Had email confirmation. Argued about it. Finally brought manager in. Manager very rude. Said no order. A nice young lady who may have worked at Pizza Hut at one time said the order expedition system in kitchen shows order is READY.
The so called manager goes back into kitchen brings order out and literally threw my order on counter. No apology, nothing but nasty attitude. Waited 20 minutes dealing with this poor treatment.

Ordered our food at 9:10 PM and sat in the room for an hour and a half waiting on delivery. Even got confirmations on the app that the order was being done. So after that amount of time, we tried to call the store five times to get no answer. After that, we decided to get in the truck and drive to the store and the lady said she didn’t have any order for it. I told her her phone must not be working so I dialed the phone number while I was standing there and the phone rang right off. She said she must’ve been in the bathroom. She was in the bathroom for almost half hour because I tried to make five calls within that half hour. I would not order anything from this place as they will cancel your order. After we checked from a text message two minutes after we ordered it they canceled it and did not notify us. Here is some pictures below of the transaction. Not all was lost. We went to McDonald’s and it went smooth.

Ordered our food an hour before close. Never got our order and when we called back said they was closed
Order the pasta pairs with cheese sticks $13.99 great price for a dinner of 2. Veggie pasta, chicken Alfredo.

If you want to wait 40 minutes after scheduled time, this is the place for you then add insult to injury your order is wrong. This is not the first time either. Two separate orders in a row. Wrong toppings wrong sauce. It’s not that hard to call for a remake. And it’s not that hard to compensate a customer for their time and inconvenience caused by employees. No word from manager or regional manager. Just shows how much a customer is worth.

Service is absolute trash! Hours say open until midnight, ordered at 9:21 pm and paid $67. First it said delivery 30 minutes, that became 10:04 then 10:06 then 10:17 then at 10:28 they cancelled my order and they still haven’t even tried to notify me that they cancelled my order. I only found out because I checked the app to find out where my food is. I went to the store and it was locked and a paper note on the door stating that they will now be closing at 10:00 pm. This is the second time they did this to us.

The WORST Pizza Hut I've been to from Washington DC to San Diego!!! We made it a tradition to get Pizza Hut on our vacations because we don't have one at home. We waited 45 minutes just to be told our pizza was ruined while boxing it!!! Just a guy and girl working and the guy literally leaned on the counter for 45 minutes while the girl complained to him because he didn't know how to make pizza or wait on customers. So she was overwhelmed and frustrated and snapped at me because I told her to just give me a refund! I couldn't make my family wait any longer on VACATION!!! Hire good managers and train your help!
At the 20 minute mark, the online tracker suddendly showed ready to pick up. Do they change the status to make themselves look more efficient? I mentioned that to the lady and she said she was just getting ready to put my pizza in the oven! Not even close to done at 20 minutes. Also, there were 8 people crammed in that tiny waiting area at 3 pm. An elderly lady correctly commented that there shouldn't be such a long line so early in the day. Then the rest of the customers started sharing horror stories on how long they had been standing there.

While at this location, my family saw it was open on Tuesday from 4pm to 12am. My family made an online order (and paid) and it said the delivery would be ready by 4:30pm that day. We arrived at 4:45pm to that location. There was no employees in the store! The pizza was never ready and we ultimately went elsewhere. But the whole experience was extremely frustrating, especially since the company took our money and we never received anything.
We ordered online and paid for the order, then went to pick it up at the designated time. There were only two people working. The front waiting area was full of people, and although our name was on the display when we arrived, it then "dropped off" and we were told there was no order in our name and there was nothing they could do for us. We could not speak to the manager because that person was making the pizzas. We wasted an hour of our time. The employee was rude to the waiting customers, telling people to leave. We had no dinner and had to wait a few days for the over $50 to drop off of our bank pre-authorization. This location desperately needs more employees or at least a way to limit incoming orders so that they can be fulfilled.
