Left restaurant after an hour with 2 waters and a basket of rolls . Terrible service . As we were leaving manager was laughing with hostesses . We told them we were leaving and they didn’t seem interested .

It was a disappointing experience. We were all looking forward to a wonderful meal. Not sure what was going on, but we had to ask another several for plates just for our rolls and butter. The French Onion Soup was very mushy. The Prime Rib took way too long to get to the table because a French Dip sandwich was made instead. For a very nice restaurant, it was sub-par. The only saving grace was the server made the Prime Rib no cost and gave us a discount for the rest of our meal.

Great! We just went for lunch. The burger and fries were great. We sat on the patio (balcony?) outside. The service was great. The prices might be just a little higher than you'd expect.

I looks poorly run , came at 1:30. For lunch , it was 15 min till waiter came and additional 30 min to get our drinks (no really) food came 20 min later , food was good for everyone ,my pizza was not right as far as the toppings go ,but was good anyway , I ate it The person that greeted us when we arrived needed a smile she needed one. It set the tone for our lunch experience , it is a nice setting . Good luck

Came here recently with my partner for the first time and we absolutely loved it! Very cool place. We both got the Cobb salad and it was seriously so good. Also Noah was our server and he was so sweet and helpful!!! Definitely will be back!!!!
Our waitress Marissa was great. Food was good. The only issue we had was for some reason the area above the dining room has a game area and the adults and kids were constantly screaming. I know it’s probably their vacation or something but whoever put that room there needs to relocate it so guests can enjoy their meal in a beautiful dining room.

Worse Prime Rib that I ever had! Ordered it med rare and it came out well done. I returned it and the replacement was so salty I could not eat it. But the mash potatoes were good. Also flys were everywhere inside the restaurant. One flew into my wine and it needed to replaced. Went to breakfast the next morning and everything was cold. They ran out of hash browns, did not tell us, but brought the food without them hoping we would not notice. When we asked for the hash browns the server brought us shoestring fries and tried to leave fast. When we inquired about shoestring fries instead of hash browns that is when we were informed they were out. Why not communicate at the start instead of hoping we wouldn’t notice we didn’t have them and then try to pass off shoestring fries?

We went here for my fiancé’s birthday and were so glad we ignored the negative reviews! The burger and pasta were both delicious, and the birthday dessert—on the house—was wonderful.
Both the food and service deserve 5 stars. The outdoor seating area is absolutely beautiful and made for the perfect date night in Hocking Hills. Highly recommend!
