Stopped into Shamrock Irish Pub after hiking the state park—great call. Place was empty around 3 PM, which meant fast service and cold drinks. Food came out quick: chicken sandwich, grilled cheese, poppers—all solid. Nothing fancy, just good bar food done right.

My wife and I stopped in here after a hike in the area. We were out celebrating our honeymoon and we were SO impressed by not only the food but the service as well. I ordered the PB and J burger and my wife ordered the Voodoo burger. Fries are house made. Delicious. Schad and crew are running a great spot! 10/10 would recommend!!

Definitely better Irish bars out there... Food is your average bar food (burgers mainly) and tastes OK, nothing crazy. Service was as good as it could be as food took a while, they had to look and find Pepsi (which came in a bottle not a gun -ik im bring picky here) and there was a lot of chaos behind the bar with the bartenders dropping bottles constantly but the server was nice. Seating us also limited. To top it all off their draft Guiness was just OK... this may be a good spot for locals but if youre trying to look for a bar with good grub and drinks, Id avoid this place.

The first thing you notice when you walk in is the limited standing space you have. If you can’t find a seat you might as well not go in. The food menu has the potential to be good but the owner misleads you by offering a pretzel bun on all sandwiches yet only buys the cheep hamburger buns. It reminds me of the McDonalds commercials where the food looks great on TV… need I say anything else? If you’re expecting a good time and good food you’re better off staying home.
Locals bar, Bartender was REALLY nice, took a LONG TIME to get our food,once we ordered (2 burgers and fries) they came out with our food finally and fries were cold and extremely wilted, burger patties were were an overcooked tasteless hockey puck (and about the same size) The bartender DID get us some new fries, they came out after we finished and they WERE delicious! We will not return.
