Went in to order a drink, nobody was on line.i was informed by the masked girl behind the counter that they would be with me when they are able and that it would be a moment. It's not what she said, it's how she said it. I just left and I can coffee elsewhere.

Got several drinks including a dragon fruit refresher and it was delightful. Jetta was friendly and efficient in getting my drinks as soon as possible. I’ve read the previous reviews and I must disagree with the timing of getting what you’ve ordered. Specialty drinks take longer due to the specific ingredients rather than a traditional standard drink. It’s so nice to have this in Kroger while getting my groceries!

It seemed like Abbi and Lexi were more interesting in making jokes and conversing with each other than they were interested in serving customers. Very frustrating to witness when there’s multiple other customers in front of you and they seemingly haven’t been acknowledged after 5+ minutes of waiting. I’m thankful that I wasn’t in a hurry.
It seems like the employees of this store (or those two, at least) could use some retraining.
Coffee was solid, though.
