Bacon cheese burgers frosty. But tonight, I’m very disappointed. I go in there at 9:30. Got me chili fries and this is what they gave me. and I paid $3.29 and that’s all the cheese they gave me come on Wendy’s you can do better than this.! Tonight you get this from me👎🏼👎🏼

Only restaurant where they break bacon in 1/2 and call it 2 slices. They just don't want to throw the bin in the oven to cook it. Crappy Romain lettuce with stems BIGGER than the BACON. C'mon man. The people are always great though.

Great drive-thru experience. We had six different combo choices for all our car riders on our road trip. Very thoughtful to package them in individual bags. It made the pass back very easy.

The amount of teamwork at this location is terrible. I came in for a pickup order. I can clearly tell the guy doing them was struggling. The older women kept saying hurry up… there waiting.. while she just sat there. Not helping.. then proceeded to tell the “manager” who then said.. “you gotta get faster hurry up !!! You have 5 orders” the guy was shaking.. I wasn’t even upset.. there’s a time and a place to Correct your employees.. in front of guests is not one of them. You proved nothing except for showing your lack of work ethic.. if the food was that important to you, you would help.. instead you blamed him.. good job!

I often stop here in a pinch and always am very pleased with the service. I usually use the mobile app, and they always have my order ready right on time. The staff is nice and the store stays relatively clean.

Stopped in at 2:10pm on 10/30/2024 because I saw the drive-thru line was empty. Went inside and discovered there was only one person in line at the register. Great, I'm really in a hurry! Five minutes later the cashier is still just chatting away and this person has not yet been able to place their order. I literally only had a few minutes to grab one junior bacon cheeseburger before I needed to get to my next work location...and I had to leave without ordering because the line, consisting of one person ordering for one person, was taking way too long. Did you know that fast food has the word FAST in it? Does the manager of this location know that? A virtually empty restaurant and I got stuck waiting long enough that I had to leave. And I thought Wendy's was the restaurant that DIDN'T have a clown as manager.
