I ordered a deluxe burger. The meat was undercooked. I complained, and they said that's the normal cooking method. I've never seen a place that sells something with raw meat and claims it's normal.

For being a gas station Arby's, they had the friendliest staff that were super helpful and kind. Dale, the staff member at the front desk, was particularly kind. Grateful for a nice experience for our family, and hope Dale advances in the company!

Gyro meat was soggy mush instead of shaved strips like it usually is.

Well. The young man who took my order was awesome. The young man who handed my food to me was awesome... but, before the young man handed me my food, I heard him ask the kitchen, if they made the sandwiches correct. I ordered 2 fish add tomatoe.. they told him yes. Needless to say, they did not make the sandwiches correct. As a truck driver, I can't just turn around and go back to get it fixed properly. Your kitchen staff needs honest people when asked a direct question. If you want to know the order number it is order id # aaef7mvgaccx at 3:55 pm on 4/6/25. Do better.
This is the strangest Review have had to write because it is so Strange experience. Food was great service was great restaurant was great So what could go wrong. Well have been sick for Two weeks all started after eating there two weeks ago. Had the Gyro beef so not sure what is going on . Sore throat coughing cold headache dizziness fatigue am definitely sure am not coming back 😇
This is not a Deluxe burger. And curly fries is disgusting.
My gyro it's supposed to have no tomatoes but it has tomatoes on it trying to call the store but apparently you can't get through

Quick service and nice ppl. Molly was exceptional! She is friendly, quick, accurate and always smiling 🙂. Love how cheerful she is! We’ll be back every couple weeks.
