It was much better than what the other reviews was saying I was in and out during lunch time had my drink in 1 minute of sitting down and my food within 7 minutes after ordering the place was as clean as I could be and the waitress was just fine

I ordered the family pot roast meal for 4-6 people on 12/14/25 it was supposed to be ready at 1:40. I showed up at 1:45 expecting it to not be ready. I was correct it wasn't. After waiting several minutes they said it was finally ready. I got a salad that feeds 4-6 and a family sized mashed potatoes and a single pot roast sandwich. I go back in explain the mistake told them I got a sandwich instead of simply just the meat carrots onions and gravy that feeds 4-6. I wait another 20 minutes to be given another pot roast sandwich with fries. At this point I'm lost for words. I explain it again I ordered a pot roast family meal that feeds 4-6 people and asked if they needed to see my receipt. 50 minutes after I arrived I thought I had the correct order. I got home to find the pot roast had not even a drop of gravy on it.

The food was not very good at all there were 5 of us there and we are not picky but almost everything was extremely overcooked, except the grilled cheese sandwich that our daughter ate. French fries were either not cooked all the way or perhaps they sat for a long time before being served. Our waitress was very nice and helpful but the food that we got vs the $93 bill at the end def not worth our money. Sad to say this was the first one in our travels that we came across that was not very good at all.

I don’t even know what that means scientifically, but my mouth does—and it was FOUL. 🤢🧦 The potatoes were “meh” at best—sad, bland, and forgettable. 🥔😕 And the green beans? I swear they tasted like they’d been sitting out on a table for 30 days. Stale. Lifeless. Questionable. 🫛☠️

I am very sad, but this is the third time I have been to Bob Evans (the second time coming to this location) in the last 3 months and the quality of the food is subpar at best. I have gotten cold food that was meant to be hot and salad that was clearly past the sell by date. The wait staff was clueless as to the quality of the food and was surprised that I said the I couldn’t eat it. When I was younger Bob Evans was a great place to eat… not any more.

I ordered through DoorDash, and I was shocked by what I received. The portions were ridiculously small, I’ve seen kids’ meals with more food. Each plate cost over $16, and I spent about $55, which is outrageous for the tiny amount and poor quality we got. The food itself was disgusting — unappetizing, and definitely not worth the price.
This Bob Evans has gone down hill in the last few months or so. You can see that just by reading reviews. This the second time we ordered pick up. The first time bacon was missing off our sandwiches and they gave us a very small amount of fries. The second time we asked them to make sure we didn't get a lousy amount of fries and they still did ,so we had them redo the fries by then our sandwiches were cold and soggy. This location would do well with some training.

This restaurant is something else. Our waitress was amazing. However food was terrible. Eyelashes in my pancakes, eyelashes and hair under my bacon and eggs. Manager seemed like she had no idea what to do. Asked if we wanted it remade. And it's like if I found multiple strains of hair and eyelashes on my food what makes you think I want to continue eating. Terrible response. These restaurants need to go back to using hair protection. And beard protection. Nobody wants to eat hair.

The restaurant was so trashy. Food and trash all over the floors especially under tables. We asked for rolls and they brought banana bread. One was a decent piece the other was a sliver of a piece. There was only one couple in the restaurant when we got there so they had plenty of time to clean. Don't think I will be going back!
