This place is disgusting. The floors are absolutely gross. Food and napkins everywhere. Never seen one person try to clean anything. Sat at a table with food all over it and food all over the floor underneath it. There was not a clean place in the whole building to sit. They should be ashamed. If it wasn’t Memorial Day and this being about the only option open, we would have walked out and went somewhere else. We don’t have a lot of places to go in our little town so to lose this option because of it being a disgusting mess is just sad. Hope they see this and get it fixed. Shame on them and shame on management for allowing it.

I was just at the London ohio store and waited for 40 minutes b4 food arrived it took them minutes b4 took drink order they wasn't busy but 2 ppl working i left wasn't paying for that service

Took 10 mins to be seated another possible more to get up and walk out due to no server acknowledging us couldn't tell you about food no one bothered to take my order

Our server was Max and what a great guy he is! VERY attentive to our needs, even checking back with us while our order was being prepared just to make sure it was just right! We were a group of 8 and he did awesome! The food, like other Bob Evans, isn't what it used to be, (what restaurant is these days) but still good. And with that said, we'll definitely be going back, Max made it all worth while!! Hope he stays there til our next travel-through visit to London, Ohio in the fall! See you then Max!!!!

Horrible service, food, and the restaurant was filthy! Very unprofessional servers talking loud to each other about what food items they were out of…one of which was coffee creamer. It’s very disappointing to watch the quality of food and service go down over the years. My scrambled eggs were soaking in butter and my toast came out almost 10 minutes after my breakfast was served.

I sat at my table for 20 minutes, and no one even came and asked if I would like something to drink. I was looking forward to a good meal, and I was very disappointed there were 4 staff members just standing behind the counter talking and not doing their job. Tables were not even getting cleaned off. I would not recommend coming here.

Three groups ahead of us got meals before we did. Simple orders of two eggs, toast and bacon. Terrible. We will not be back.
First time at any Bob Evans location and this one is great! I had breakfast Tacos which were delicious, almost everyone at the table had hot cakes and raved about them. Restaurant was very clean and atmosphere was nice. Our waitress was very attentive and accommodating. Overall great experience the breakfast offerings are top notch.

20 minutes of sitting here and still no drinks. Waiter says he is new and they are slamming him with tables. He has 3. One table got their food and is halfway through the meal and finally got drinks. We just got ours which is one glass of unsweetened tea and a water. Where is the manager and why are they not checking on new employees to ensure service is going smooth? No wonder this place is never busy anymore

I ordered Bob Evans and had door dash deliver it to where I work. The order actually came 10 minutes ahead of schedule. The driver brought the bag in, handed it to me, and then left. I opened the bag and I had ordered and paid for sausage chili, lemon chicken with broccoli and corn, and a side of banana bread. I got everything but the sausage chili. So, I looked at my online receipt and I looked at the receipt for the takeout that the driver brought in. They are both Bob Evans receipts, but the one on the takeout bag that the door dash driver delivered didn't have the sausage chili on it, but I looked at the other receipt where my credit card was charged and I paid for the chili. So, I texted the driver. That was over 30 minutes ago and I still haven't heard anything. So I paid $5 for Chili that I never received. I've never ordered thru door dash before and had food delivered, and that will be the last. The food was really good, but you're already paying for all the delivery charges and the food and can't even get the food that you paid for, Ugh!
