Restaurant is never clean. The fountain drink area always is Dirty with Ice and drink All Over. They fries are never fresh, even if you request. The burgers are always Sloppy and thrown together.

Went thru the drive thru went to the window asked for zesty sauce got cut off from talking to him saying it was in the bag when is wasnt dude looked like he was methed out … got home found a hair in my whopper … cold onion rings and my soda was only filled up half way terrible service I will not be returning london Burger King is the nastiest place ever my buddy used to work there and said it’s roach infested

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches 8-18-24 at 1:45 pm and they are both completely drenched in mayonnaise. No joke, I scraped off half a jar of mayo from two sandwiches. Both sides of the bun completely drenched in mayo.

Whoever made this hates their job.

The pics I posted do no justice. Why would anyone ruin someone's food like this?

The day I visited.
No beef products, chicken only.
Chicken nuggets were over cooked and dry up. They did replace them when they seen me walking toward the service counter . So they new they were not good.

This location is literally worthless. The amount of times that I have placed online orders or tried to complete a doordash order anywhere from an hour to 20 or 30 minutes before 11pm when they are scheduled to close and have gotten to the drive thru within minutes of placing my order or receiving a doordash order and always well before closing and have just been ignored at the drive thru speaker because the staff refuses to fulfill orders until they're scheduled close time and closes early every damn night.. you never know when this location is going to close because they pick and choose and if you call the store location to find out if they're going to be fulfilling orders that night they answer and hang up on you and then getting the company to refund for an order that they did not fulfill can take weeks and that's if they don't just downright refuse to refund you for an order that they refused to fulfill while they were scheduled to be open and fulfilling orders. Whoever is supposed to be running this location should be paying more attention and Burger King as a whole should be ashamed and pissed off at the people that they've hired. The only reason you got one star from me is because in order to submit the review there has to be one star, you deserve zero!

Definitely the best fast food restaurant in London Ohio hands down my food is always hot fresh and a timely manner keep up the awesome work guys

After I ordered a Whopper with cheese, there was panic and confusion among the employees. To this BK location a Whopper with cheese is code for anything they feel like slopping together on a whip. I explained like I would to a small child 3x. Long story short they gave me complete opposite of what I ordered. Ive convinced myself that they were trolling me bc I refuse to beleive people can be that incompetant.
