Taco and Katie were amazing and the cook did really good I was a bit hard and they handled it well I'd eat here every time they are in no question we have a big family of seven so we spend so thank you guys

According to this locations posted hours of operation they are open until 11pm. I submitted a mobile order that was over $28 at 10:40 pm. I was sitting in their parking lot when I ordered. At that time the lights were on, the signs were lit and the drive thru was open. When I back out of the space I was parked in to head to the drive thru the place suddenly went dark. The lights went off inside and the signs and screen for the drive thru went out. My payment for the order has already been accepted. The two employees were cleaning so they could run out of the store exactly at 11pm. At that point i was in the lane so I went around to the window to see if they were gonna close after my order or what. Neither of the two would come to the window. They hid around the corner in the kitchen area until i left. This is ridiculous. I had to request a refund online and then of course wait the 5 or so business days for it to post in my account.

Unfortunately, this is the same quality of service you can expect from every fast food establishment in London, OH with the exception of Dairy Queen who still has it together.

I came in at 11:10ish am Sep. 20th 2025 and dang the crew was FAST they were way way faster than my local store I ordered on the app in the parking spot right outside the deal and they had my 2 kids meals made before I walked in the door food was hot and exactly how it should be no complaints will return

Ordered a combo. Food was ok but ice machine broken. Staff member was on the phone with someone to get it fixed and used multiple swear words in the dining room while doing so. Not family friendly. Ice machine torn apart when I went to get a refill. Not sure if a manager was on site. Needed to be though.

Counter service was quick. Food was tasteless. Burger tasted like precooked steam table meat. Barely warm. Sorry BK. I won't be back.

Couldn’t get an order right if their life depended on it!!!!

The customer service I've experienced here has always been kind! That being said.. an example for recently, it was practically empty & we got a wrong sauce on a picky eater's burger, no napkins, and no utensils despite what we ordered needing that. Their digital menus can be really glitched up or switched to the wrong screens. It's the small things, so no big complaints here, just make sure to check & ask for needed stuff in the drive thru. I'm still giving 4 stars thanks to the employees who have great face-to-face customer service !

Food was good. Dragon burger wasn't spicy like i hoped. Fiery mozzarella fries were good but not as spicy as I hoped they'd be either. Employees were very friendly.
