Called in for take out 2 paratha mix and tea, she told me to come in 15 minutes after waiting in pouring rain for 30 minutes she wants to give me 2 bread.
Pulled off the highway from our road trip and found this food truck nestled in the corner of a parking lot. Excellent prices with generous portion sizes. Plenty leftover for our lunch tomorrow. Samosas were stuffed full of nicely spiced potatoes. Goat curry, chicken biryani, and roti were excellent. Will keep this place in mind for future trips through the area.

Ustaad Da Dhaba is a total gem! I recently tried their saag, and wow, the flavors were incredible. It's seriously a must-try – perfectly spiced and super comforting. Big shoutout to Honey, who served it up with a smile! If you're looking for some authentic and delicious food truck eats, this is the spot!

I order food from this place and it has fly in my matter paneer totly rubbish food don’t waste your money
This place is a hidden gem. This is a food truck...but the food is better than any big restaurant. It was a pleasant surprise for us. We had samosa and tikki chaat. Samosa was out of the world... best ever I had in US. Reminded me of a samosa corner in India...masala inside with peas... and perfect spices, amazingly crispy...freshly made. We like it so much that we re ordered it. Tikki chaat was yummy too.
