Went to DQ this evening for dinner. They started out by handing me the wrong order. Then I get my oder and they messed it up. I get asked to pull forward while I wait. After 10 minutes they come back out and hand me my food and walk away. I check my food and it's wrong again. I go inside and talk to the manager and she goes back to make it. I figured the manager would be able to read and make the order but nope. After waiting another 8 or so minutes she comes out pretty confident that it's right, but it's not. So at this time I ask for a refund. Kind of crazy that it's this hard to make a burger correctly. Oh and the burgers we received were dry and old tasting.

Mike at the counter was great. Came out from behind the counter and checked on everyone in the dinning room to see if anyone needed any. Food was good, fast and hot.

Worst place to go late showed up at 9:45 ordered. Was ask to pull over to a spot so we did . We sat there till 10:20 as everyone that was behind us got there food and left .we finally gave up after sitting there 5 more minutes and left without getting anything. Very poor customer service if you ask me

Ordered a pup cup without realizing they charge and didn't have enough for it so the girl at the window gave us one on the house and when I ordered another blizzard, we both forgot and as I was leaving, here comes one of them running out to my car to make sure we had it before we left.
