Iv ordered online 3 times from this location. Each time I come to pick up my order, after the app lets me know it ready, I end up sitting and waiting another 10-15 minutes because the order IS NOT ready. Ridiculous. Stop wasting my time plz.

4/12/24 - they added onion to both pizzas instead of just the one requested. Their wings are less than the size of chicken nuggets u would get at a fast food restaurant and we ordered cinnamon twist and got garlic bread twist instead.
We ordered online and was text and emailed food will be ready 6:15-6:25 get there check in at 6:10 and when I go in at 6:30 was told it will be another 10 mins at least. When I asked why the text and email said this time and its now going to be 6:40 or later when we got our food and all I was told ma’am its a busy Friday night at a food place. No apologies, no we will give you a discount… nothing! Highly don’t suggest if you are like a normal person and want the food you drove 20 mins for to be done at the time it was supposed to be! Not happy at all with the timing of food not being done and customer service.
