Busssssssssssssssssing. Best pizza I had in a long time every time I'm in Ohio I order donatos. Everything is great, the Garlic Asiago Cheese Bread is very well seasoned. The meatballs are great with the bread or alone. I just shove those balls down my throat is that good.

Ordered $50 worth of pizza and 1 was burnt all over bottom of crust. Even the mushrooms were singed. Tried calling the number 3 times and was hung up on. Last attempt I explained what was happening and that person jokingly said there wasn’t anything they could do except try to reconnect. That’s unacceptable to not have to take responsibility for inedible expensive food.

Thee worst place ever. Got charged for all the extras all for them to not put any of them on the food. They forgot some of the food and it took the a half an hr to bring the rest of it back and still didn't bring it all. We will not order from them again. Delivery driver had an attitude because she had to bring it back. That's your job.

Home delivery/food service. Sub's were good. Did not get my salad. I told delivery person I did not get it. She asked if I wanted her to bring it back. Yes. Because its paid for. Now, I also count the carbs (dressings) as part of my meals for my type 1 diabetes. Its very important I get my meals and quantity I planned for. I have not received my salad. My sugar has dropped to 56 suddenly. Thank god for Grape soda. This is TWICE this store has done this to me. I can not depend on delivery or correct meal order. Can not depend on driver to return missing food. Have called store before. Given credit, then never receive it later. This store, plays with my life and Im tired of. Next time, at 56 glucose, yes, I wait for it to get here and only bolus for Sub's but body looking for carbs, so possible could be going down but not getting food, DOES NOT HELP. IF THERE IS A NEXT TIME, AN AMBULANCE WILL BE CALLED TO BRING MY SUGARS UP AND OFFICIAL REPORT WITH HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND OHIO ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE WILL BE FILED! PAY ATTENTION, MAKE SURE YOUR DRIVER DELIVERS AS THEY SHOULD, STOP STEALING PEOPLES MONEY AND FOOD AND BE CAREFUL. I had the best experience tonight with a young man around 5:20p this evening. I wish I would've asked his name, he was a tall, thin, African American man, he had a short hair cut, and a little facial hair. He was quick to come and help the lady in the back who was making subs with the front counter. He was polite and caught that they had forgotten to make my cheesy bread. He went right to the back and put some in the oven and told me to just wait five min. He did such a great job! His passion and drive to make customer experience pleasant was outstanding. He went about and beyond and in this day and age is hard to come bye. If Donatos in London does employee of the month this young man should win!
