food was hard as a rock and the piece of chicken I received was the size of my index finger. mind you they forgot a piece of chicken in the meal as well. tried calling the store once we got the food home and was hung up on twice. place is absolutely pathetic and the food is inedible as it was harder than a brick
I am a 61 year old lady with My sister who is 71 years old come through the drive through last night May 8,2023, at about 9:15 pm. At the London, Oh KFC/LJS We ordered a LJS family meal and a 9 piece KFC nuggets. We had been at the hospital all day we were very tired and hungry. The customer service was good, the food was good, and the restaurant looked clean. The new comeback sauce was terrible, but the mashed potato dippers were very good. The man behind the counter was very assiduous, attentive, and moved with great efficiency. The food was good, not great but good. The staff is usually friendly, but the food was not hot, not cold, and definitely not worth the recent price hike. There are no substitutions for chicken, and the portions were smaller than expected.
