2 weeks ago it took 20 minutes to get in and out with my order. Last week I waited 10 minutes before anyone came out from the drive thru window, and then they waited one someone who just came in! I walked out. They service drive thru first, and they are always under staffed. I won't go there anymore.
The chicken is bland compared to what it used to be when the Colonel was still alive. I used go for the fish.

Whats sad is kfc is open to the public. We go through me, my wife and children. We wanted poppers and fries and the girl on the intercom said they didnt have it and couldn't make them. I said come on now it only takes 3 mins and she refused asking i bet your white over the intercom. I pull up to get the food I did order and the girl in the red hoodie refused to take my money and wouldn't give us our meals. I let them know im calling corporate and am waiting for a call back. Ill not go to london kfc anymore ill give Popeyes my business.

This is the greatest KFC I have ever been in London Ohio the workers are so nice and respectful. The food is absolutely amazing it is so clean in there and they will always make sure that you got what you wanted they staff is amazing they do a great job on what they do.

The absolute worse chicken tenders I have ever had. KFC original rubber. Looked like they were left on warmer to long, then put back in the grease to warm them up. Tasted like bitting into a Goodyear tire. Not even the sauce helped. Will never return.

The absolute worst service food I could ever imagine you might as well not even have a Long John silver's in London.I mean this is absolutely ridiculous the fish is brown there's no meat to it whatsoever.I waited 10 minutes to get the fish so they could fresh cook it and it's either overdone or the oil hasn't been changed in months.I've been to plenty of KFC and Long John silver's mix and this is absolutely by far the worst I try not to give One star reviews but this is absolutely treacherous. It's literally the worst $12 I've ever spent in my life

Update: Once again we have tried to give them a chance but I have absolutely nothing good to say about this place. The ONLY REAON we even tried it again is because Frisches closed. We ordered a pot pie for me and it looks so good but the space between the actual filling and the top crust is nothing but a pocket of air. So this time we ordered the mash potato bowl and a chicken sandwich and 2 breasts. They gave us a wing and a breast and they don't even tell you! If there was a way to give them a negative number I'd do it. I will drive to another town or cook it myself. Why they have the same mgr is beyond me. Absolutely rediculous!!!! I don't know about other KFCs but I've lived in WCH now for over 3 years and the management is the most incompetent place I've ever dealt with. You can order on line then they text you when it's ready. We have and after getting the text our order is ready my husband gets there and they tell him for example they have no pot pies ready it will be 30 min. One night he went and there was a woman that had been at the place for 45 min still waiting on her food. They give us thighs when ordering breasts. Then when we call about it they say we were out of breasts. Oh I'm sorry apparently you don't want to tell us over the phone since you had plenty of time to let us know and you have our numbers. Other times they just can't tell the difference. Don't even get me started on them forgetting biscuits.

I went in with my family was gonna do half KFC half long John’s The girl at the front counter was very well mannered did everything Great it was the guy that was doing the food was very rude. We asked for hush puppies they were out so we asked if we could get extra fries and he said no I just think he should’ve had better customer service skills.
