Update: Once again we have tried to give them a chance but I have absolutely nothing good to say about this place. The ONLY REAON we even tried it again is because Frisches closed. We ordered a pot pie for me and it looks so good but the space between the actual filling and the top crust is nothing but a pocket of air. So this time we ordered the mash potato bowl and a chicken sandwich and 2 breasts. They gave us a wing and a breast and they don't even tell you! If there was a way to give them a negative number I'd do it. I will drive to another town or cook it myself. Why they have the same mgr is beyond me. Absolutely rediculous!!!! I don't know about other KFCs but I've lived in WCH now for over 3 years and the management is the most incompetent place I've ever dealt with. You can order on line then they text you when it's ready. We have and after getting the text our order is ready my husband gets there and they tell him for example they have no pot pies ready it will be 30 min. One night he went and there was a woman that had been at the place for 45 min still waiting on her food. They give us thighs when ordering breasts. Then when we call about it they say we were out of breasts. Oh I'm sorry apparently you don't want to tell us over the phone since you had plenty of time to let us know and you have our numbers. Other times they just can't tell the difference. Don't even get me started on them forgetting biscuits.

I went in with my family was gonna do half KFC half long John’s The girl at the front counter was very well mannered did everything Great it was the guy that was doing the food was very rude. We asked for hush puppies they were out so we asked if we could get extra fries and he said no I just think he should’ve had better customer service skills.

I debated on leaving a review. But today’s situation just hurt to see. Yesterday and today I went through the drive thru and the same lovely young lady was at the window. I didn’t get her name though. Yesterday you could tell she was doing a job as one person that should probably be 2 or 3. But she still managed to keep a smile on her face and made sure everything was made correctly. But today I saw the same girl with the same smile but you could tell she wasn’t okay. As I watched a bag of food, that bag being mine thrown at her by a gentleman broke my heart. She turned to hand it to me and apologized multiple times. The main reason for this review is to hope that young lady begins to get treated better or I pray she leaves. Her smile and amazing attitude even in a bad situation should be valued in a better work place. Thank you to that young lady!

This place is total garbage. The deep craters in the parking lot that have been there for years tells you all you need to know before going inside. Avoid this place even if you're starving and the food is free.

It's KFC what do you expect. This is an older KFC in London Ohio, that needs updated. The staff is usually friendly. Food was the usual. Not hot, not cold, and definitely not worth the price recent hike. There are no substitutions for chicken. Wanted two legs instead of leg and thigh. This is no longer available. The leg and thigh were just an example. I got a two piece white and the breast was smaller than a thigh. All in all for a night to not cook it was okay. Next time I visit hopefully it's better.
I asked for extra sticky chicken sauce they gave us nothing. I would have paid extra too . Also this place doesn't have any cute girls working here and that's part of the good atmosphere. Like these girls have futures as cafeteria ladies and telephone workers lol. Work on that phone voice girls because your looks aren't getting your anything

I only put a 1 star bc there wasn't anyway for me to do no stars... We were missing items in our order ... And wen I went back in to get the missing items I took my gizzards back in with me bc they were old as old could get ... I asked them if they could make me some fresh ones and all the cashier / workers wanted to say was i can replace them with something else we didn't want anything else we wanted gizzards... It was 5:00 pm in the evening supper time and the manager on duty @ time also stated to employee that it was too late to fix us any FRESH gizzards early in the evening ... Sad Service , Sad customer service , and Bad manager customer service ... Something needs to be done about that location and the manager on duty ... No one there was willing to help @ all .... SAD

Tesa in there basically called me a lier on the phone. I did a mobile order it was an 8piece bucket Mac and cheese coleslaw and fries plus 8 chicken strips and 4 biscuits a meal deal. Got home had everything except the 8 tenders so I called up there for her to argue with me that she put them in there but I didn’t have them. Once I got to the store to get them after I told her I wasn’t a lier she wanted to say again that she didn’t know how the tenders went missing. Not to mention the guy standing back by the serving line when I walked in the first time then by the office the second time that wasn’t an employee. We will go to Popeyes moving forward.
