Deli staff are about the rudest, laziest people on earth. Describing it as poor customer service would be too generous. These people (not all but several) are simply uncivil folks who obviously hate their jobs.

Pharmacy drive thru shouldn't take 20 minutes to get my prescription. Even has long wait inside at the pharmacy counter. They need to open 2nd register inside. Just too long of wait period.

First review is covid paranoia..stay home if your scared. This location is good, Very good compared to other kroger near enough to drive to. Best meat department in town, hell best grocery in town. Always clean and very well stocked. Floral dept does a great job and always full and fresh. They've recently removed their seafood section, bummer. Lots of registers always open with plenty of staff around. Location also has liquor store, gas station and small variety outside of salt, mulch, plants and such.

Around 11am today I went to get gas at the Kroger fuel station in London. I walked up on a transaction that had already started so I didn’t hear the exact details of what the customer purchased etc but I think the total was close to $13.00. The lady paid in all coins. It took her quite awhile to count it all out and she apologized to him several times. I’ve used change myself many many times to pay for gas in my life but the reason for this post was because I would like to gi

The manager, Bob, is rude, mean and creepy. He follows my mother around and my little sister around the store when they go there and has been caught harassing my mother on several occasions, and was just caught taking photos of my car with me in it waiting for my brother to finish shopping. I would not recommend taking your children into this store.

customer service sucks and some of the worker have attides and disrespect issues I am not shopping here and I work for the cleaning crew I love the job but working for krogers employees make my job very hard and difficult to deal with sometimes hope walmart will like my money and maybe go work for them
