never answer the phone, hid in the back and talk, never have hot and ready READY

Ordered twice in the past few weeks 1st time i pull up to drive thru and sit and wait window was open could hear alarm for drive thru going off after bout 5mins started calling into window sayin hello anyone working guy finally came acted like i was disturbing him the pizza was burnt on top undercooked and doughy on bottem and barely cut had to take my own cutter to get pieces apart.
2nd time i order as im leaving work site tells me 25min to pick up i actually wait 30 when i arrive i pull to window same guy in there standing and talking to someone i cant see after bout 5 mins he comes to window i give him my name he says he doesnt have a order for me so i tell him to check again he then asks me how many times ive been through the drive thru today and i say my 1st time he then says they havent started makin it and to come back in 10mins to which i say its already been 40mins since i ordered and im just trying to get a quick bite to eat before i go see my wife in the hospital and he starts going off sayin he dont need to hear my troubles and that hes busy so i tell him i want a refund and while hes giving me it hes gona make comments sayin he dont need no attitude..dude your the 1 that got a attitude was snappy and rude.

Don't try to place your order on line with out using the app . Little Ceasars data mined me back to my linked in application and lost my order on the way. Once I got to the store I picked twice they informed me they didn't have my pre paid order SMH never again

Ordered over the phone and was told it would be ready in 10 mins. They forgot to put the order in the system and actually make the pizza because the person on the phone went on a smoke break.
Like how are you gonna take an order on the phone and then go smoke and forget to actually put in the order??

A lot better than the LC in Logan, Ohio. Quick, fresh.
Heated up the leftover pizza in the air fryer the next day and it was very good.

Super easy pickup, just scanthe code they email you and the warmer door opens to your order. No need to wait for someone to come out and find/bring you your food

I think blind people made our pizza tonight. Supreme was missing pepperoni and had one piece of sausage per slice. Almost no sauce at all. Literally looked like they just threw toppings at the pizza blindfolded. Stuffed crust was hard and again looked like a blind person made it. All the sauce was around the edges. The regular pepperoni was also just thrown together with little yo no care. The worst pizza ive had in my life and most definitely will never return. I already have low expectations for lil c’s but yall broke those barriers down.

We order from here often and the last few times have been better than ever. They are generous with their cheese and the pretzel crust has been perfection! We needed a good pizza tonight and they earned their 5 stars! Thank you London Ohio.

Slowest in the Midwest this place is an absolute joke40-50 minutes every time for little ceasars

I mean. It's Little Caesars. You get what you expect. The staff here is nice and you pretty much always have the hot n ready ready to go.
