Just went through the drive-thru to pick up a fish and chicken dinner, and the fries, the fish, and the chicken all tasted like it been sitting around for about 2 hours. Not good! Wish I would have looked at reviews of this place before I stopped and spent my money. At least the Pepsi I ordered was good.

I just left from there let me tell you place smells,dirty, the food was so terrible 🤮 Explained forst time needed redo they did but lady had one horrible additute says stuff to other employers loud enough hear mad because said redo it so second time ask if she come look at reorder ask if she eat it said she dint like everything was snappy,rude she walks away says out loud .GO AHEAD TURN IT IN sounds like fo me need shut place down 3 meals& drinks all that money couldnt eat it very very sad

Food was awful, even had it remade and second time was just as bad as first! Oil was old and made fish very bitter and I couldn’t eat it but I was actually scared by what the seasoning was! Mashed potatoes were brown and was afraid to eat them, shrimp was do over fried and tough I couldn’t even bite it! I would thinks franchise owner would want a successful restaurant not a crap hole that gas’s dirty appearance and awful food??

I ordered $20 more worth of food and they couldn't even fill my 1 order as a number 7. I will never go back to this location. Spend the extra 20 mins to hit the one on west broad. Couldn't even get fries or the shrimp that comes with the meal. I hate leaving bad reveiws but this is terrible and it's gonna cost me more in gas to go back and get what I was screwed out of than it was worth. Was cheaper to go to the dollar store not far from me and get fish sticks. F this place will never go back.
Just left with my order. Had to wait for fresh fish. Got my order and asked for extra malt vinegar. I happen to like it on my fish and fries. Was told they put some in the bag, but couldn't give me any more because it messes up their count. Since when does any restaurant count condiment packets? Got 4 packs of tartar sauce I didn't ask for or want. And 1 pack of malt vinegar per piece of fish. Also got a lemonade and Mt Dew. The lemonade was heavily watered down. Was told it depends on the machine the lemonade was drawn from, however, the Mt Dew was fine. Not happy with this experience, and this is the only way I can complain because they have an answer for everything.

Ate at the london ohio long john silvers. I was hoping it would be yummy since they updated. We spent $30 and the order was wrong to start off. I only live maybe 3 minutes from there.I ordered a chicken and fish plank just got fish. One meal was shrimp, another was 2 fish plank meal. All the fish was rubbery and old. Was not even hot and the fries were so old and cold that they couldnt be ate. First you had to look for fries cause the barely gave you any.oir pop was half filled. Later that night we was all sick. Yelp sick from the food.

It's been awhile since I've ate there, years I believe. Was bad then and from what I read it's still bad. I'll cook my own chicken and fish. At least I'll know it's fresh and done right. I love to cook, maybe I should go into business and put them out of business!? ??✝️?

DOOR DASHED: Fish shrunk, missing hush puppies, Pop flat where they obviously did not add syrup and the sweet tea had no sugar and tasted like colored water. Very disappointed!

It was a combo restaurant, KFC and Long John Silver, the fish and fries were great, hot, not greasy, but I was disappointed that they didn't have the cheese curds as some of the individual restaurants offer.
