I ordered a Sausage Egg McMuffin with Cheese and a Hash Brown. My food was hot and fresh, but the hash brown was unfortunately undercooked. The person working the drive-thru intercom and pay window was extremely polite and professional, which I appreciated. However, the woman working the food pickup window could really improve her customer service — she was noticeably rude and made the experience less pleasant. Overall, the food was okay, but the service was mixed.

Fried food is always severely undercooked. Even when asking for it to be well done.
Last time I ordered the bottom of my bag was completely drenched in grease. Napkins were so wet they fell apart.
Drive through service is very rarely friendly. You can give them a half hour to make your food and you'll still have to pull forward and wait. Not a place for a quick meal. Go to the one in London instead.
