Got here 15 hours early, only to be woken 5 hours before my appointment time at 11:30, and told not to park where I was — to park in the middle of the blacktop (where I colored it in red). We need to park there. So I go back to sleep, only to be woken up again at 10:30 and told, “Cut your reefer, slide your tandems.” I said, “I have a note on my window saying, ‘Appointment time 11:30 and sleeping.’” He said, “Oh well, we only have one more pallet to pick. Go to the dock door.”
I would not recommend this place if you value sleep! I ended up telling my company I never want to come back here again, but then amended my statement, saying I’ll never park on site again.

Staff is very cooperative and helpful as well.. quick loading and unloading they helped me to start my truck while having battery problem very kind staff especially Ron…VP of the facility

Great small shipper, only 3 docks. Call the number and check in and back into a open dock. Avoid the small roads on the way out

RIDICULOUS!!! Why do multi million dollar businesses place Commercial truck drivers @ risk!!! Mud ditches poles and neighbors that call the police if you touch a piece of their property trying to do the job!!! Told they been here for years and everyone else does it! Why should we be harassed for something that is beyond our control!!! Do what's right and buy the opposing rights of the property and problem solved. To cheap easier to let us damage our trucks and trailers and get harassed by the local police and neighbors than to put resources to resolve the issue!Ohio Processors, buy the property or build a pad that doesn't allow for damage to your neighbors property!! That'd be the neighborly thing to do!!Be better
